Hasbro has sent out some preview renders for upcoming Transformers Cyberverse figures. The theme will be Spark Armor, which has each core character with a secondary vehicle that turns into armor. This is being applied across multiple size classes. Included are Spark Armor Battle Class Prowl, Jetfire, Sky-Byte, and Starcream. Spark Armor Elite Class Bumblebee, Megatron and Optimus Prime. To cap it off we get Optimus Prime again with Ark Armor, which features the core Optimus figure paired with a replica of the G1 Ark that converts to his armor (pretty cool). Read on to check out shots courtesy of kotaku.com.

I just can\'t get over Bumblebee wearing a battleship as armor. I mean… he\'s a car. It\'s a BATTLESHIP! It\'s nonsense. I can\'t stop laughing at it.

Damnit, their show versions look WAAAAAY cooler than the actual toys. I hope we get more detailed versions of spark-armored Optimus and Megatron but the way this line cuts corners, I doubt it.

From the season 2 description of Cyberverse.

Battle class Optimus Prime with bat armor and battle class Megatron with crocodile armor.

With this weird shell armor thing they have going, it would be neat if they brought some pseudo-pretender shells back for this line! Could be neat.

I would SO rather they slip the Action Master line original characters in as remolds, such as they've been doing already.

I'm really hoping that these RID figures are a test run of sorts for an Action Masters revival in a few years.

Okay, um, I don’t know how much you know about the background, so I’ll give you a quick rundown. Sorry if I repeat anything you know. Power Rangers is an adaptation of a long-running show called Super Sentai, which has a “sibling” series called Kamen Rider. The season from a few years ago was called Ex-Aid, and was medicine/retro video game themed. The brooding rule-breaking anti-hero radiologist was an FPS-themed rider named Kamen Rider Snipe, who eventually got a mid-season upgrade themed after ship combat simulation games that turned into battleship-themed armor for him to wear. Hence, Kamen Rider Snipe Simulation Gamer there.
Honestly the show is really good and has excellent writing and character development. Also the suits are weird and crazy, which I quickly warmed up to. Hope this kind of explains things.

Glad to see cyberverse is getting some decent looking toys. But, my god, how many versions of the same 5 characters can we get in this series.

Someone is bound to have already made the comparison…
Vector Oracle
Yeah,it was the episode where the Decepticons constructed a giant trampoline and Prowl teamed up with Homer Simpson to fight communism. They ate so much fudge that day.

I don’t want to like these but I really really do.

I'm looking at the ports of the hands, I don't see it.
Smitty.1981
Most PW3 and earlier leaders were just shy of a foot. The size estimates I made, calling Battle class legends and Elite Class Deluxe was based on the relative size of their fists to the holes in them, assuming a 5 mm hole size, and compering them to figures I already have.
There's also the historical context of the NuRiD figure+armor+Mini-con sets that were about $14.99 and had legend sized figures in them.

If Optimus is a foot tall, that puts at around leader doesn't it? Wouldn't it be a safe bet that Elite would then be a bout Voyager and Battle be Deluxe? I feel like since the figures are simplified compared to Generations, they might be able to have more budget for plastic to go into the mass of the toy even with the armor pieces.

Does Cyberverse Prowl already have the power of Glorious Nippon? I hadn't seen that episode.

Check the First Post, Optimus is $49.99, and stands 12" tall, and there's a source link.
It's only the Battle ($14.99) and Elite ($24.99) Class figures we don't know how big they are. It's a Popular theory the Battle Class is the same size as the RID2 Mini-Con Battle Pack figures.
