Toys”R”S Singapore is bringing us the stock images of Transformers: Cyberverse Optimus Prime with Battle Base Trailer.
First revealed during San Diego Comic Con 2018, the trailer can carry one Warrior or One-Step class figure in addition to the gimmick titled as Cannon Charge.
Optimus Prime also has his own gimmick named Energon Axe Attack.
The toy is priced at Singapore $ 79.00 (approx US$ 58).
You can check out the images, after the jump.

Because, people still think it's s worth full price.
Price is determined by: manufacturing, shipping, stocking, and demand.
Everything in toys is a want not a need, so full price is partially psychological. Triptictrion was discounted so much because not enough people wanted it bad enough at full price.
We as consumers don't know what the Markup is, just that products need a large Markup and production run, to cover expenses, all under a MSRP.
This Prime and Trailer is determined by how many Primes were manufacture. Prime appears in Wave 1 and 2, so alot of Primes to flood the market. So this set probably would sell better if it were the trailer alone.

Oh, because later releases of unchanged figures should suddenly cost less? Damn, why isn't the MP-10 mold free at this point? I'm wondering…

I lol'ed at a $50+ price tag!
So it depends on your perspective, I suppose.
These Cyberverse toys kind of suck – I say that from experience. They feel cheap and overpriced. I think $10 for the Warriors would be more appropriate (when you consider how simple they are).
A set like this is overpriced on purpose: it gives retailers a lot of room to discount. Plus, as this is OPTIMUS (ZOMG!!!), a lot of collectors will overpay anyway. But don't be fooled by a large box – sometimes the contents really are overpriced!

I don't think anyone has a problem with that. The Prime is also sold by itself, so anyone here showing interest is probably interested mostly in the trailer part anyways.
I myself am considering making it compatible with Siege Optimus and fill it with 5mm holes for Battlemasters, Micromasters, guns and pieces of Weaponizers.

Hate being negative, but is it sad that I think the trailer looks better than the actual included Prime figure?
Thundermania
Might wait for the price to drop to get this for the trailer, Micros need homes too.

lol, a reissue of wave 1 and 2 Optimus with no change plus a Trailer.
It looks to me like a $25 toy, how much do you think this set will cost?
Cykill 1
I think that this will sell better and look better if it was sold with prime transformed with his trailer attached. Skeletor Optimus is not too appealing to me.

This is pretty cool, as a set idea.

The Speed Series is the 2" legion class figures so i dont see how they benefit from the Energon Igniters line. Especially bc they arent [really] part of it. There may be something your thinking of im not?
And its funny you say the Cybertron line is overpriced but its the cheapest line of the deluxe voyager leader type categories. Its expensive to be a collector is the real deal now. Its a bummer i know especially from someone collecting since its birth basically
megatroptimus
The base figure is like $15 and a transforming trailer that's like 3 times its size would only add $10? lol

Facepalm. Duh.
I'm talking about …
1. The Prime figure is BEYOND hollowed out.
2. Parts of the trailer (NOT the inside where it should be to fit a vehicle) are hollowed out, specifically the insides of the fold out trailer blasters
Philip164
I wouldn't say genius, the Gimmick in the Energon Igniters line is repetitive, but functional and fun. The Speed Series benefits the most out of the Gimmick, I really hope these ports become just as standard as the Hands on this size class from now on.
While the Cyberverse Budget suffers greatly from the wide variety of Gimmicks, there kinda fun, but are severely overpriced.

The Energon Igniters line is genius. Its great for all ages and does a great job at looking goid and working really well. Nitro Optimus Prime & Barricade especially are really cool.
dCon
Its interesting how they dont show him PULLING the trailer. Its obviously really ugly im quite sure and looks wrong. Like an afterthought
WishfulThinking
We actually got two that year. MP-10 Optimus waves hello.

Honestly, the very fact that a new Optimus toy comes with a trailer that DOESN'T turn into a suit of armor, which hasn't happened since DOTM, is a godsend. Sure, $58 is a bit overpriced, I'll admit, and the Cyberverse line is a bit lackluster (at least it isn't the Energon Igniters line), but I don't think that really matters. The fact that we have a proper trailer at all is enough for me to be excited for this figure.
CobraKai
I think he’s referring to Prime. Look at em skeletal thighs.
Berser Car
It's a nice trailer. What other alternatives do we have of prime trailers that are still on the market and are not full of robot limbs inside?
Fallout
you do know trailers are supposed to be hollow, right?
