Next up from TFcon 2018, we’ve got a look at something non-Transformers with Action Toys’ Machine Robo Revenge of Chronos lineup. Some prototypes of upcoming releases are shown, including:
- Steam Train Robo / Gobot Loco
- Blue Jet / Jet Robo / Fitor
- Sports Car Robo / Turbo
- Pro Racer Truck
- Tough Trailer
These are all looking pretty cool, especially the long-awaited updates of Fitor / Jet Robo and Turbo.

CG Robo.

I'd have to say the first generation. But, I have to qualify that with vote with the fact that I know essentially nothing of MR beyond what we got in GoBots.
IczerRyuga
That's the name of the game, Prime.
(Always wanted to say that.)
Optimus Prime23
That's it, 600 Series.
betsuni
Darn, I'd vote 600 but don't want to log into YT.
soundwavempl
Yup. 600 Series all the way.
Optimus Prime23
For me, it's G1, or whatever the Machine Robo/Gobot equivalent is.

A survey by Youtuber STALKER has been made about what's everyone's fave Machine Robo generation: https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxKMngBs54KKlnFLft5Icmnk50ibldTY58
Check it out.

Finally picked up a nice condition Crasher with good stickers and gave her a good cleaning.
On another note, how the heck do you transform ScrewHead without chipping the red paint on the outer chest? I touched up the paint but every time I transform him it chips.

Speaking of things that are still in effect and can be purchased easily, the folks at Bandai-Mania has this little video about the Melon Sword and Police Onigiri Robo plus a cold open. And more crazy combinations to be found.
Predakwon
No, really diving into the Revenge of Chronos/Battle Hackers characters is such a slippery slope, not to mention super expensive.
My collection will just be Gobots cartoon characters
Few exceptions like Devil Satan/Saturn Six

One of the bucket list items is to visit the Iowa. I've already walked on the Missouri in Pearl Harbor. That ship was beautiful.
David Hingtgen
The Iowa-class battleship is probably about the coolest thing associated with our state, even if we didn't really have any influence on it.
betsuni
Ok, I need to go look at more MRs that I never knew existed. That way I know more that I want to buy or hunt for.
Deathcatg
"Gentlemen…we roll!"
HunterGreen2005
I ended up just buying another Leader-1 instead of just removing (some? and what/which ones? lol!) the stickers off the first I got.
Also picked up Battleship Robo/Gobots Man-O-War! Probably one of the coolest ones I just discovered!

Not planning to add a Thunder Mission (mail-away black Staks from Battle Hackers)?
fschuler
Holy shit, he's huge! Well…at least huger than I thought. Nice!
Predakwon
My grail, Big Trailer Robo/red Staks which looks more like the Gobots cartoon. And with that, I'm done.

View attachment 30334417 Finally got all 4. As semi model kits, bar none one of the most user friendly yet higher quality level compared to the Gundam Entry grade line, though saddled with limitation of articulation (Bike robo's shoulder sucks(too heavy and relying on friction does it no service)). Rod drill and Bike robo also share the same issues with their ankles( the former in my version is much worst). Compared to Blue jet and Battle robo, the last two feels more stable and better designed with articulation and features. The latter's turret are made of 3 separate pieces (for such a scale no? ). I wonder who is gonna get the modern treatment from this line?
