The Transformers: Cyberverse collection is now spreading over US retail with the Scout Class Wave 2.
Scout class Slipstream, Optimus Prime and Windblade were spotted at Kroger in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Optimus and Windblade are new molds while Slipstream is a repaint of Scout class Starscream.
Happy hunting! Keep reporting your sightings on the 2005 Boards!

not a weird question, didn't know if i had missed an announcement or not. easier to ask then dig through old posts.

They might look that in a picture, from lack of paint and the vibrant colors. But in hand they are FAR more complex than any McDonald's toy. I have them all (except the just recent McDonalds Transformers Cyberverse line, did i miss that line in the U.S.?)
dCon
What a weird question lol Id have to say no, of course not. IF its in the first 3 waves, then maybe "someone" knows. But its not known information.
They are not the same price as other lines. Much cheaper. I would say the cheapest of the mainline toys, Cyberverse, Bumblebee, POTP, Studio Series, & Masterpiece. IN that order i would say, too.
dCon
Thank you kind sir, very … inciteful.

I just saw these today at Meijer in Lexington.

"Those were the days….!"

Inflation does suck but it's not Hasbro's fault.
They're trying to work around it in ways with options for all price points.
They have the $3,4,5,7,9,10,15,17,18 & 20 dollar ranges covered now haha
The Classics days were nice when you could get a top tier deluxe for $9.99
and scouts for $5
Cybertron Primus was like 39.99 .

Why do you even care though? All you do is throw little fits on here or say you refuse to pay full price on anything and want to wait for discount chains.
I can’t even fathom why you even care about transformers anymore becuase you practically don’t like anything coming out anymore and just chime in to complain and repeat the same complaints and make the same posts over and over and over and over.
Literally when ever your name pops up it’s “oh good, we gotta hear about the quality of how much he hates the cartoon or how he’s waiting for Ollie’s because he doesn’t think the price is justified”
YoungPrime
Why are you doing FREE PR for cheap quality figures that cost the same amount as other lines do????!
By your logic collectors who do like these shouldn't buy them either. But I'm supposed to shut up because I don't like'em? Whatever….
I'm sure Hasbro is betting on there being many more people who think like you but if the Classics line had looked like these 12 years ago there's no way in hell I would've introduced Transformers to my sons back then let alone continued collecting after they set their focus on Sports, iPhone's and Video games.
Digger
Yes. You can buy what you want. But hasbro has assigned demographics for who to buy them. So why would you cosplain about lazy toys that aren’t meant for you and when there are better figures made for collectors?
DrOblivian
do we know yet if Slipstream will be coming in a larger class size?
Chaos Muffin
This line is great, its fun bringing my 5yr old to the tf section now.
She usually heads off to the pink aisle.
Cyberverse makes normal TF\'s more appreciated for their complexity.
Back then they used to be the toys for both kids & adults.
Collectors should appreciate Cyberverse for bumping up the maturity levels in the ones we collect.
Also cool that the Cyberverse cast is so big.
Ups their unique trade potential for the schoolyard.
Might actually pick up Slipstream
YoungPrime
Wait, who are you to tell me what to post!?!
These lines are for whoever the hell wants to buy them…..PERIOD!!!
Just a month ago Hasbro was pandering to G1 Fans (who happen to collect) while advertising one of these trailers on social media, so spare me the BS… Hasbro doesn't care where they get their success from just as long as they get it. So go lobby for these cheap ass Happy Meal Toys and move the hell along since ironically my comment wasn't meant for you.
Bingo! Besides MP they're all mostly meant for kids but we still buy them.
FYI, I would've grabbed Slipstream if closer view of it didn't make me regard it as a POS. Plus I still buy toys for my little nieces and nephews and wouldn't pull these out of a clearance bin at Marshall's or Ross. I'd get them something of GREATER QUALITY. So just ignore these silly @ss Hasbro shills. You don't see them telling collectors who will buy this stuff that they're "Not meant for them" because they know it'll only make them sound even more rediculous….
Digger
Exactly.
Inciteful
They should be in the system very soon. The toys are coming in the early October reset of Action Figures.
Dark Prime
I agree with you.
These are like treasures to young TF fans
ionacus
That is my unspoken argument right there. Cheers, mate.
