Have there been any plans too follow this up with a the fallen statue?

I've always wanted Hastak to make a toy of this partially-armored Optimus. Make one in Studio Series that can still combine with Jetfire and you've got a great mainline representation of Jetpower Prime.

For those that have the money and want to spend it, enjoy. Like others have said it's about prospective and mine lies elsewhere.

What I'm hunting for is the best (IMO) large scale representation of every version of Prime that western audiences have seen. Currently have Prime1 Optimus Primal for Beast Wars, 3A evasion for Movies, Ultimetal for G1 and patiently awaiting for something big from Animated, TFPrime, IDW, FOC/WFC. This is kinda my collecting "end game" if that makes sense.
I'm pretty stoked on this thing right now, but I'm not sure I'll get it…. November 2019 is a long way off and chances are it'll get pushed back to sometime in 2020. So I'll probably wait for sideshow to hit "Low Quantity" before giving it a real consideration because at that point, I may not care anymore.

Studio Series, help the poor people out for the love of all that is just in the universe.

Good for you, but I still stand by what I said. It's not easy selling all that stuff, and from my experience, movie items (retail) don't really hold much value. If you want to have a minimal collection of things though, that's your call. But, were you really pining to spend 3k on a statue of Revenge of the Fallen Jetwing Prime, or is it just the craftsmanship?

I really wish Prime1 would do 12-18 inch scale statues too. The price tag is one thing but these statues take up a HUGE footprint.

This is from my ebay account for just the past year, I decided to purge a lot of crap in my house. Mostly toys and video games. It hasn't exactly been easy but I'm a lot happier now that I have decluttered. I'm at a point in my life where I would much rather have one nice display piece that represents Bayverse Transformers instead of a bunch of toys.

I see your point, but there is a big difference for most people between spending 3k all at once rather than small bits over the course of years. As someone who has tried selling parts of his collection, I think you might be overestimating the ease of selling 3k worth of things.
All that aside, it still seems like an odd choice for such a high-end piece.

What a waste of time and effort. Why would any type of Tf collector pay 3k for a statue, when you could get 3k worth of high quality mp styles pieces?

Why does everyone bash ROTF, Its one of the best in my opinion. Lots of action, decent story, lots of bots and that frickin\' Jet Prime if awesome!

Statue Collectors that just want an Optimus Prime in their collection. As far as transformers collectors go, I'm sure they could look around their collection and scrap together 3k worth of stuff to dump and pay for this thing and you still may not even notice anything was missing. It's just a matter of perspective. Would you rather have 3k worth of Bayverse figures that actually transform and fill up an entire bookshelf or one awesome statue that is the size of a bookshelf.

What I wouldn\'t give to just be filthy rich. What craftsmanship!

The mindless bayfilms don\'t deserve such fine artistry. :/
