Amazon have updated their listing for the upcoming Punch / Counterpunch figure, confirming a few new details. First up, we now know for certain that yes, this is the Power of the Primes representative in the “Prime Wars” celebration releases alongside Blast Off for Combiner Wars and Repugnus for Titans Return. Second, we know that he is coming with a new Prime Master – Prima Prime, aka the Prime Master incarnation of Primus’ first creation, Prima. Other details include confirmation that the figure can shift between Autobot and Decepticon modes, and that this takes nine steps, and depending on the mode the transformation into vehicle mode takes around 13-18 steps. We’re told this figure will be a faithful reflection of the original Generation 1 toy, which together with the number of steps required to go between modes suggests this figure will be a complete new mold.
The full information from the listing is reproduced below. Here’s hoping we see some pics of this celebratory trio soon, our guess is with SDCC around the corner Hasbro may use the occasion to show them off there.

Yeah. I guessed that was behind it.
At least there are other options.
There's always DR Wu and Shapeways.

He’s got the minimum charge because shipping individual items was costing him more money than he was making, it’s either bulk buying or no international shipping
Windsweeper II
I wish he would remove that minimum spending amount for oversees buyers.
I'd probably need to buy doubles of several items I don't need to even reach that amount.
And that amount makes it so that I'd have to pay custom fees while I wouldn't have to if I could just buy what I want from him.

Planning to get some for my P/CP also.

I just received my new Punch/Counterpunch weapons from Nonnef as seen in Baltmatrix's video:

On my copy the circles on the shoulder posts were on the Punch side as they're supposed too?
Or I didn't understand correctly what Emgo was saying in his review.
I guess I don't have to do the fix. *shrugs*

Marcelo Matere on Instagram: “Finally got these 3 guys! Blast off , repugnus and Punc/CounterPunch. It was great working on this project! Gonna post the pencils for…”

No worries, and thanks for the advice!
I ended up fixing the droopy shoulder posts by cutting some tiny strips of paper and getting them into the rings before sliding them over the pegs, giving them a bit more friction!

Both. What you were planning to do with the screwdriver is exactly what I did with the file. It's also a blunter edge than the screwdriver is.
Sorry for the delay in responding, took my son to his first Halloween parade.

Any safe methods you'd recommend for disengaging it? I tried pushing a screwdriver through the slot on the outside of the thigh before realising that's a terrible idea lol
Did you use the nail file for disengaging or sanding? Both?
TFXProtector
It takes some force, but the legs will come off of the mushroom pegs. I used a metal nail file (yep, you read that right) and sanded down the little ridge that formed because of the mold line and put it all back together, voila, thigh swivel.

Best advice – hopefully you simply reversed each individual shoulder pegs… swapping left to right was never discussed, but may lead to intolerance issues.
When performed correctly, they are stable, and lock into place for both modes.
As for the latter, I have no problems.

So I've finally (FINALLY) received my Punch-Counterpunch and I need advice on two bits of joint maintenance;
1) The shoulder posts, I've performed The Fix on them but I've found them to be very loose, drooping down with not much effort or weight on them. I was wondering how I'd go about tightening them up, because I've found in past the Floor Polish trick hasn't really worked for me. Maybe a small ring of paper/card on the peg to get more friction in there?
2) The thigh swivels, seen a lot of reports about how overtight they are and that shaving some plastic off can fix it, but I've NEVER disengaged a mushroom peg before, much less an overtight one, and I'm wondering if anyone has any tried-and-true methods for getting those suckers apart without breaking them?
Thanks in advance for any replies

Mine is out for delivery for today so hopefully by the evening I can be punched!
EDIT:
Took a nap and woke up to him in my living room. I did the mod right out the box and he is great!! Might scoop up another one before he sells out. Very dope toy

That's $32.61 USD. I can assure you that FunPub Deluxes were never that cheap… I get that the price sucks, I do, but let's not sully Amazon's name. (FunPub sucks.)
UltraPrimal
He's FINALLY in stock on Amazon.ca! Pretty shitty though that he's over $40! For a deluxe?! That's like FunPub prices!
