Thanks to a report via Transformers Chile Facebook Group we can report that Transformers: Power Of The Primes Prime Masters Wave 3 has been Spotted At Chilean Retail.
Prime Masters Wave 2 consisting of Megatronus with Bomb-Burst armor, Quintus Prime with Bludgeon armor, and Solus Prime with Octopunch armor. They were found at Ripley store in Paseo Ahumada, Santiago. Each Prime Master was sold for 4990 Chilean Pesos ($7.8 approximately).
It’s an unexpected surprise to see these toys, since Prime Masters Wave 2 haven’t been seen before. Anyway, happy hunting to all Chilean fans!

Ditto on waiting for wave 2

The distribution issue has been present for decades now. Hasbro is either unwilling or unable to fix it.

Seems like distribution as a whole has gone to shit in the past few years… Anyone in any other Hasbro-toy fandoms to confirm if this is a "Transformers brand" issue or a "Hasbro in general" issue? I mean, Hasbro is still making toys, right? Have they cut production runs in 1/2 or something to spam the collectors? Doesn't make sense from a business POV since the mold costs the same if you produce 1 toy or 10,000,000 of that toy…

Amen, brother. I think Germany is THE country which gets everything later. Like 1-2 years later…
But at least I got Sky Lynx a few months back when nobody was looking for him, which is nice(?)
CrossHero
Laughs in German. I am still waiting for CW wave 2.
Sol Fury
UK fan here. I'd like to find something other than Starscream and Grimlock, please.
Deadend
It's called a joke. I was well aware of that. I was also pointing out that it adds some interesting architecture variety to city-bots too. Especially with the upcoming Micromasters. But thank you for pointing that out to others. Next time I'll have to remember to alter it to blue text to make it more apparent I'm making a sarcastic remark.
Though that joke can be interpreted either way. A lewd way or a bludgeoning way. So please don't beat me over the head for making such a bad joke.
SG Roadbuster
Bludgeon's weapon mode is a Kanebo. a type of Japanese war club wielded by samurai. so yes, it actually does make sense for the samurai named Bludgeon to turn into a bludgeoning weapon
Fishsticks
Just an Australian popping in to say that distribution's just as bad as the USA here. Never found TR wave 5, and only recently found PotP wave 2 voyagers.
Deadend
Explains Bludgeon's weapon's mode entirely tbh.
Though it does have a really neat "building mode" when attached to a base mode or city-former.
Aimless Misfire
HA!!! As if!

The good news is, they'll be super cheap at some outlet store that maybe 20% of fans have access to in the Midwest, then they can sell them on eBay at a 500% markup.

I want to complain, but I won’t since they pay more and it’s harder to be a collector in South America.
BlueAngel_Bolt
Neat. I can't wait for these to hit the USA by mid 2019

That explains a lot.
US keeps getting shafted as usual.

So, Hasbro's distribution begins in Asia, then goes to Australia, then Europe, then Africa, then South and Central America, then Antarctica, then Canada, then the International Space Station, then a NASA kiosk on the Moon, and then the USA.
And good luck finding any at retail.
Purple Heart
I want to be bludgeoned by Bludgeon.
Seth Sunthay
i want bludgeon

Still waiting for wave 2 here in Florida.
