Via a post on HK-TF 變形金剛香港網盟 Facebook group, we have images of the color prototype TFC Toys S.T. Commander (Rolling Thunder Optimus).
This incarnation of Optimus Prime is based on a G.I Joe Transformers concept art by Don Figueroa. Optimus Prime is coming as a powerful and heavily armed G.I Joe Rolling Thunder. The new images show the figure in both modes with all the accessories, guns and missiles around.
This awesome figure can be already found for pre-order in our sponsors below in 2 different colors: A classic G1 red and white colors and a special Jungle camo version. This awesome figure was scheduled for release this May, so it should start shipping any time soon.

Colors are there but not confirmed. That was the question that I answered "No" for. No word yet from TFCToys.

I like this camo very much, but still want to wait until the 3rd deco — ultra magnus come out before making my decision which version to buy … (I'm not rich enough to own more than 1 version from this toy.)

Not the deco I'd be most interested in,, but so much better than the standard Optimus deco. He's on my list to get, even though I have absolutely no idea what to do with him. (IDW Roller perhaps???)
