More images of Masterpiece MP-42 Cordon have been posted on Dengeki Hobby. These images show off both of Cordon’s modes views from the front, back and sides, but more importantly, they also show off Cordon with the silver arm cannon attached over the wrist, confirming that this weapon can emulate the look of the original Diaclone toy which had the option of replacing the fist with a missile. There are also a couple of nice comparison shots, one of the two vehicle mode configurations next to each other, and a shot of Cordon next to fellow police Autobot Prowl rocking the police issue black and white.
Unfortunately with these images and more information coming out today, it has been confirmed that Cordon will be coming with a no-frills selection of accessories, consisting of two guns and spare wing mirrors, as well as biocards and instructions. That’s all, no alternate faces or other bonuses. This is particularly baffling as Cordon’s price is a fair bit greater than Sunstreaker’s, and Sunstreaker included a lot of extra parts. We’d suspect this higher cost is to offset a lower production run on Cordon, which would be logical given Cordon is a non-show character and therefore would be a harder sell than Sunstreaker.
Check out the new images attached to this post, and if you missed them, check out the batch of images from earlier today here.

Ugh, I ordered Cordon from RoboToyBase last month and ISC Chicago has been holding it hostage. It's original delivery date was June 29th and it's just been sitting there doing nothing… Gimme my stuff USPS!
BTW this is the last update…
Processed but not moving along to it's next destination. Wonderful.

I was also carefully thinking about that exact word choice of ‘deals’. I think you’re right about this particular phrase. And Obi wasn’t one of the blinded members of the council.

I've always thought this too, but I read somewhere recently that only a sith deals in absolutes. Obi Wan wasn't dealing in an absolute, he was simply stating an absolute. There's a difference between stating something vs dealing in something. Obi Wan is a very "certain point of view" type of person, so a little detail like this would probably be an important detail to him lol

GOLD.

Exactly. Hence my inclusion of it I loved that line because it sums up perfectly the hubris of the Jedi. They considered themselves so perfect that they didn't even see what they were saying was exactly what they were accusing others of.
I think there's a similar one in the Simpsons along the lines of 'don't judge people you don't know. That's what they do in Russia!'
Just as my telling you that they definitely didn't mean Gordon would have been pure congecture since I don't know the person. Which is why I try to choose my words carefully and try not to present my beliefs as facts.
Anyway, all that to say not a lot

Fixed
"Only a Sith deals in absolutes" I've always considered this to be the true smoking gun that the Jedi order was wrong about them on some level. Isn't this exact sentiment an 'absolute'?
mcart
Well, to be fair, I said unlikely, not impossible. For all I know the guy in charge of naming could have been a huge Gordon Ramsey fan. I'd have expected a reference to his coarse language being in direct contrast to his refined food, but I don't know whoever this person is so I cannot speak to absolutes

Oh my, a funny.
