Via Imaginarium Art On Facebook we have our first teaser image of their take on G1 Megatron.
Imaginarium Art had announced statues for Optimus Prime and Megatron, and now we finally have a look at the torso of the ruthless Decepticon Leader ready to shoot his iconic fusion cannon. The new stylized design looks great and still recognizable as the G1 character. No available information on price or release date yet.

I completely agreee wth you replace energon cube with prime head will look better maybe matrix, starscream head with crown on his head energon cube doesn’t fit in with of transformers as prize winning war megaton sees to it.,
I like first picture megaton pointing canon at prime in fighting exposing pose ,.
That second pose megaton is in holding energon cube if they unicron holding cybertron be perfect pose, maybe another Rodimus or horrod holding matrix or glactron in that pose

Both look awesome, very 'megatron-ish' poses…very well chosen.
The cannon one is a classic, and overall IA has definitely nailed it, even the face expression!
The glowing energy cube in the second is a very, very nice touch! I love it.
(maybe lowering the cube a little bit, combined with Megatron's classic evil grin, of course, would be more ideal…and heck, I just love that glowing cube…
)
However, the position, holding the cube so high up, is perhaps a little bit 'over the top' for being just… an energon cube…The position looks so 'triumphant' that I would expect him to be holding Optimus Prime's head instead…
Both statues are nevertheless impressive, each with their unique and very characteristic 'G1' traits. Two beautiful G1 pieces of art.

IA have posted on their facebook page two potential pose options for their Megatron and are looking for feedback as to which pose would better pair with their recently released Optimus Prime statue.
