Multiple theaters across the globe (including this newsie’s local theater) and Fandango are reporting a possible Running Time for Transformers: The Last Knight.
Clocked at 2 Hours and 28 Minutes, we are seeing a comfortable 148 Minute Running Time this time around.
The running time does indeed match with what director Michael Bay spoke of recently and a PG-13 Rating has been awarded just like how it is being advertised on recent TV Spots.
As a side confirmation, the fact that the movie has been delivered to Japan for dubbing purposes further confirms a finalized movie.
We await for more info from our regular Movie Classification Websites.

Yeah my IMAX theater here also shows the run time as 4 minutes longer than the normal showings at other theaters.

I dunno. A whole bunch of theaters say the movie will be 148 minutes, but the Imax theater said 152 minutes I think. It was all in that thread about the runtime.

Well the Imax version is apparently 4 minutes longer than the regular version. Bay was probably talking about the regular version.

2 hours, 33 minutes (might as well round up) looks like Bay was close to keeping his word. He claimed it was shorter than the last three, but ROTF is shorter by just a few and it clocks in at… 2 hours, 30 minutes. (I think Big Screen Edition is 1 minute longer.)
But, he was at least close, this time.

The movie is exactly 151 minutes and 51 seconds. In IMAX anyway.

Except those examples don't really line up. Bay was trying not the spoil the film when he avoided answering certain questions. Unfortunately it meant very little as eveyrthing was eventually revealed prior to the movie through toys and such, and he didn't try the "disinformation" campaign ever again. (and no, simply not giving away plot points is not "disinformation")
He has no reason to lie about the running time, especially when that's usually not even confirmed until shortly before movies hit theatres because of the lengthy editting process. Either your theatre is wrong, or something changed since the running time was first revealed.

And AMC, Cinemark, IMDB, MovieTicket.com, and Fandango all say 2 hours and 28 minutes. What makes your source more accurate than all of those?

We will get an official word on the final film's length when the BBFC gives their full classification tomorrow.

In Revenge of the Fallen they asked him about Tank Megatron, and he said something like "We go back in the Past with Megatron"

ROTF was an incoherent mess of plot lines that went nowhere and bad robot designs, but AOE teases you with an interesting opening and then crams all the messiness of the second film into it's second half. ROTF also has fun with itself, AOE takes itself way too seriously.
I'd rather watch ROTF ten times over than AOE once.
