Hollywood Reporter has released a brand new still featuring none other than Megatron himself. The still gives us another very good look at Megatron on one knee pointing his giant sword/axe at Lennox with amazing cinematography as always. This also gives us a taste at the immense scale of Megatron compared to Lennox. The depth of this still also let’s us know that there will be plenty of cool 3D “in your face” shots.
We are a little over a month away from Transformers: The Last Knight hitting theaters. Stay tuned to TFW2005 for more exciting news and sound off on our boards.

Whoever came up with the title that's up on the from page should reconsider their wording. I had one of those "Ya don't SAY" moments reading it.

You're saying you've never had a conversation while holding something and pointedly gestured at someone in anger or disgust?
For all we know he's calling Lennox and NEST out on the Chicago BS and saying "you" while pointing.
If that's not the case, then it is what it is, but it makes it believable….. Ish.

They will gather their swarm and burn you at the stake for even suggesting that there is anything better than this movie.
Wait and see I guess.

It isn't. It's a man stood unremarkably in a desert (quite probably a digital plate anyway) with some completely bland lighting and a load of CGI. There is literally nothing great – or even vaguely interesting – about this frame. I was confused as to why that sentence was included as well.
On the plus size, imagine how totally blown the mind of this person who thought this was great cinematography will be if someone showed them Citizen Kane, or Lawrence of Arabia, or Barry Lyndon, or Alien..

I don't know, but I don't care how open-shut it appears, asteroids do not concern me! I need to see it 100% on paper! Confirmed!
I've waited a long time to see Welker on the throne where he belongs. Galvatron wasn't good enough. Galvatron was merely an appetiser.
BumblebeeFan71
Well, why else would they promote him in it? Seems pretty pointless if he's not the voice of Megatron. Also add in the fact he's more than willing to do Megatron while Hugo Weaving dislikes voice acting in general.
Livingdeaddan
If this was all the movie was about i'd be a lot more confident about it than i am right now'
Livingdeaddan
Was it actually confirmed? Beyond the promotional vid he and cullen did for the voice changers?
BumblebeeFan71
Megatron was confirmed to be voiced by Frank Welker quite a few weeks back.
Sounds about right. That could possibly mean that Megatron decided to take a few notes from Cemetery Wind. Manipulating the humans for his own gain once again. I believe somewhere if was mentioned that after the Hong Kong Incident that humanity hates the Transformers even more. So it is suspicious that despite this hatred, they're only imprisoning the Decepticons while killing the Autobots.

Unicron probably changes Galvatron into Megatron 😉
Dotmshockwave
It is weird. His face looks distorted as hell. I think it might be something to do with maybe him being mid speech. Or mid mask transformation. But his head looks scrunched up almost

Is it just me or does Megs look a bit weird here?

"You want to know, don't you duuude, how Galvatron becomes Megatron again!"
Me too. It's far more interesting to me than why yet again Transformers have been on earth for even longerer!
EDIT: Ok this has to become a thing!

Please be Frank Welker!

I'm interested to know how they explain Megatron becoming Galvatron becoming Megatron.

Perspective is playing tricks again. The end of the blade is much closer to the screen than Lennox is.

Your theory is perfect, Although the KSI prototypes should be long forgotten by now. My perferred cannon fodders would be the decepticon drones from the 2007 game, I miss those guys.

I just want the Decepticons in this movie to be like the Decepticons in the first movie.
No more fodder, please.

I still think that Megatron is the real boss of TRF, and that TRF is gathering and organizing the numerous Decepticon forces coming to Earth for Megatron under the guise of a "prison." It said that Lennox had doubts about the organization he was working with, and Megatron being revealed as the boss would definitely confirm those doubts. We have only seen TRF personnel and equipment fight Autobots and human protagonists: Bee, Cade, Canopy, Izabella, and Dinobots. Some people claim TRF was looking for Canopy's Decepticon "badge," but if anything that shows that TRF is distinguishing between the factions for some reason. Why? Because Megatron is using them to kill Earth-bound Autobots and gather Earth-bound Decepticons. To Megatron human-built machines, whether it's KSI's prototypes or TRF's drones and mechs, and humans with anti-Autobot sentiment in TRF would be the ultimate cannon fodder serving him, because he could care less about how many are destroyed by the Autobots and human protagonists.
Not saying it's definite, but it's my theory.
