From Steve Jablonsky‘s You Tube account comes the melodious tune from one of the recent trailers for Transformers: The Last Knight.
Based on the title name, we can deduce that the track may very well be track #6 from the previously announced score for the movie.
“When all seems lost, a few brave souls can save everything we’ve ever known.”
Take a listen, after the jump.

Uh, ok then? I don't see how that's relevant.

HA! I KNEW IT
Music
I don't think it's real either. I browsed through his social media accounts and he has never once ever linked to that YouTube channel. The channel isn't even verified.
Also, I'm not sure why he would post music ripped straight from the trailer with the sound effects intact.
EDIT: I found more proof of fraudulence. His video description is copied and pasted from the trailer announcement on Paramount Pictures' YouTube channel. All of his video descriptions are copied from another source.
John TheDestroyer
Why?
MV95
Honestly I don't think that's his official channel.
UltraAlanMagnus
Junkie XL would even beg to differ.

Basically anything by Shiro SAGISU, who I guess is a hipster(?) given his fashion and hairstyle. I just don't care for contemporary orchestral music, where it's overly synthesized, having a high pitch and repeated stops and starts, and being over-dramatic. It's the same issue I have with John Williams and every other composer (excluding SAGISU and Michiru Oshima) ever. Plus, I don't care for how Jablonsky organized the choir. I prefer operatic choirs that sing in English, but that's just me.
His music was pretty good, but if we're talking about who the best composer for any Transformers album or series was, then it's Shiro SAGISU hands down. His alternate G1 soundtrack beats the Sunbow score any day of the week.

Fox13
Aye, every official trailer except DOTM was scored by Jablonsky.
Nightmare966
It is. First of all because it's uploaded on his own channel, meaning he edited the track, and secondly you can totally recognize the composition as his. It should give you memories of "Dinobots Charge"
Also remember, Age of Extinction used Lockdown's theme as a trailer theme!
TUROK1134
Do we know for a fact that this is Jablonsky's work?
Most of the time trailer music is done by studios who work specifically to make trailer music. It's a beautiful piece and I hope it's Jablonsky's work, but I mean, how often do these trailers use music from the actual movie?
KingStyle
Big fan of Steve.
I love the Gears of War 2-3 soundtracks.
Plus this is a good one also, very uplifting.
RMStunticon
They should have handed Klayton/Celldweller more control over the score.
signals3
More bland musical wallpaper…
FigureGunplaFan
Lemme guess.
You liked Vince DiCola's music instead.
Bumblebee765
Love it! Really hope this score will get a CD release like Age of Extinction. (Still bummed Dark of the Moon never got one.)
Anodythe
Gives me goosebumps.
Scourgatron
It's very tame.
STARBLAST
Wouldn't say cheap but definitely safe. If someone played me a tune from a TF movie I probably wouldn't be able to guess at on my first try.
That said I dig this one. And the tune in the MTV preview.
Shark
The hell kinda hipster music do you listen to, then?
