Some very nice pictures of the Unique Toys – AOE Lockdown have surfaced on TF Robots on Facebook, and 2005 Boards user BLNadal has shared them in our boards.
It is supposed to be a Leader Class figure, full of details which include his mask, hook, rifle and other weapons we saw in AOE, and a very nice alt mode. As an extra bonus, it will include a Steeljaw figure. We can say that the transformation must be quite interesting since it hides very well the panels of the car in robot mode.
You can check the pictures after the jump and sound off at the 2005 Boards.

I’m really annoyed that I didn’t know about this ShowZ replacement part service until now. I broke that fragile chest part, the store I bought it from ghosted me and I ended up buying a KO to swap the chest piece. The KO has the Lambo logo and the fragile chest part is die cast so that’s cool but they cheaped out and used heat rivets (pins? I don’t know what they’re called) to attach their chest piece instead of screws like the UT version. I was able to get the chest piece off eventually and I was able to attach it to the UT version with the UT screws so it’s all good now. But it would have been much easier to get the original part from ShowZ! Hopefully my old brain will remember that for next time I need a part.

That I don't know, and may depend on if you settled for store credit/points instead. Always worth asking though!

That's awesome. Can you use this method to receive replacement parts for the same figure twice? A while ago I tried to get a new leg for my Metagate Haiku but they didn't have any in stock. Now I'm thinking of trying again
Rath
Nope – I literally just got my shipping notice for a replacement chest piece on my Peru Kill I bought elsewhere myself. As others have said, they'll have you pay shipping costs, once that's done they'll generate a fake/temporary order to use the aftersales site with. In the ShowZ thread they refer people to email [email protected] for this.
Dymitrix
They would gladly help you because they hope in helping they get your business. They are deserving of the business because they provide great service and pretty good prices. Their reward system is great.
Rquiem
No they wont.
If you contact them you get a temporary after sales number with a small fee attached, usually a few dollars for shipping.
Then when you receive this number you request the part at the aftersales page of their website.
Few weeks later, tadaaaaaa: complete figure!
Unless they cant get it, but you get refunded in points so no loss there.

Don’t worry about that man. I mean I did it a while back when it was still a “secret” thing they did and they seemed happy to help. Considering you have to cover the shipping cost unlike the usual free replacement parts, I’d say they aren’t annoyed. Go for it man, especially since UT apparently provides replacement parts for older figures they made so they should be able to get you one.
It also helps that apparently a re-issue is coming for Peru kill.

I don't know if I have the nerve to ask them to ship me a part from a figure I didn't get from them, wouldn't that annoy them?
octobotimus
Try contacting Showz about this, I’ve been in a similar situation and they helped out despite the figure not being from them. Of course paid shipping for it but still, better than no help.

This figure is ruined for me because one of the car side panels went missing months ago, and since I got it from Kapow Toys in 2017 I'm obviously not gonna get a replacement piece 6 years later
Damn it

I just got the UT reissue from show.z and the Steeljaw is missing its silver paint. Is this a common thing with the reissue or is it a production fluke? The actual Lockdown figure is fine though, as far as I can tell it’s authentic, as both came in a Unique Toys box.

Well I wouldn't buy the BSL-01, I bought it and the elbow joint ripped like it was glued together with a piece of rubber when I tried turning it. The UT-01 Peru Kill if bought by an actual seller is great and very sturdy I threw the BSL away and got the UT.
KamiKeima
May I ask how to differentiate between the UT R-01 and BSL-01 just from the looks of them (without the boxes, the steeljaws, etc)?
KamiKeima
I would like to ask if there is any upgrade kit which can hide the holes in the following pictures.
Thank you
Black Shuck
From the 3, the left is the best that is bsl. In the middle is the vt with the lambo symbol on the chest and i think the right is vt too just a cheaper reissue almost full black. Maybe you can try to buy the vt-01b battle damage version on aliexpress or wait a reissue of the ut version on showz. Basically the latest ut reissue was a bsl with only one dog(that dog was black as the bsl dogs).

Here are some pics. The left is more gun metal and the other two are more black. They are still slightly different, but much more similar than the left. It doesn’t come through great in pics but it very noticeable in hand.
Thank you! That explains the one having the ball joint. It’s the VT.
Anyone who has the gun metal version, I’m open to trade. I would pay for both shipping costs so PM if interested.

Anyway I can get a new one of these pieces? The car mode is ruined without it, I got the figure from Kapow Toys in 2017 so I can't get a replacement obviously, what do?

As i know the bsl version should be the same gunmetal as the ut(i heard that bsl is ut too, they made their own ko). So i think the black and dark grey should be vt ko(there is a 3. battle damage painted version too). The ball jointed neck is the mark of vt. On aliexpress can you find all 3 versions but bsl is out of stock years ago.

I managed to break the lower chest part and Uncle Billy is ghosting me on the replacement part. At first he said that UT are doing another run and to wait four months. Contacted him again four months later and no response.
Anyone know how to get a spare chest piece other than buying a KO and swapping?
Shmoptimus Prime
Would be more helpful with pics for comparison. I remember PK being gunmetal.
