The masks (news post image) were first revealed during the Australian Toy Fair 2017.
From what we know, there are two versions of these masks available. One version (revealed during New York Toy Fair 2017) features all new molds and are movie accurate. Bumblebee, Sqweeks and Megatron are featured in this version and has a Voice Changer Functionality.

Has anyone even seen the RID Bumblebee (non-TLK) mask available for purchase for anywhere? I tried to track it down online and pretty much came up with nothing…I'm beginning to wonder if it was even released.

No one is debating that there are no movie ones – we know those exist, but there are regular, cheaper masks without the electronics and the full helmet for the movies already in existence too and they could have just reused those, as you said and as we've all been saying. That's… exactly what we've been arguing. Not sure why you reiterated what everyone else has already said.
And yes, these are typically for emerging markets like South America, but they often appear over here too (and, I would guess, in the US, at least in limited quantities). These seem to be a popular Halloween item. Or, at least, that's the general idea.
You're completely missing the point. It's not hate, it's disappointment that Hasbro is being lazy with so many movie toys (this is just one example – go look at the Legion figures and you'll see what I'm talking about). We're hoping it's not a sign of things to come, and wondering why they wouldn't bother doing the most obvious thing of reusing existing moulds that are more accurate than these.

A nice swath of red like we've seen would be too much to ask? Probably, cause it would've had to do paint rather than colored plastic like these things.
AlexMalex
I think their thought process was "Shouldn't we use one of the older movie Bumblebee masks instead?" "It doesn't matter. Just do it the easiest, cheapest way possible. These stupid kids cannot tell the difference!"
SPLIT LIP
Probably so he has any colour at all to him.

Really liking the amount of hate being directed at a mask.

Hasbro has a strange addiction of adding random gold bits to movie Megatron.
rattrap007
More useless junk to clutter shelves..

They do have Movie Versions but those are with a Voice Changer Gimmick. From what I heard, these regular masks are for markets who do not spend much. Which is kinda strange considering they could have used the non-electronic masks from AOE.
Check out the electronic ones below:

Those masks are abombinations.

They're still toys in some respect. Heck, the product description goes so far as to call them "figures". Worth collecting is subjective. But yes, the target audience is children.
The biggest problem is that they've made previous movie masks so it's confusing as to why they're reusing RID ones instead of old movie ones.
autobotlongarm
Either they had a low budget to make these(which I don't believe) or was too lazy to make a new mold for it for money/profit.
Afterburner
It's not even the right masks. Do they have any real faith in the movies at this point? Even if you did like the movies, they obviously don't care. It's a circle of stupidity.
ar78
They could have at least repainted one of the older movie line masks. Why use RID?
Lord Dcast
Not really a toy. Not even worth collecting anyway. This is for really little kids.
TCJJ
The Last Knight toys are depressingly lazy. There are only a handful of new moulds and only a handful of those that look any good.
