The leaks just keep coming on in…thanks to TFW2005 user Saito Satoru, he has provided us with an image showing us that Deluxe Slash will be the 4th Deluxe in the Wave 1 line of figures. He will be joining Deluxe Barricade, Bumblebee, and Berserker. Interestingly enough – Slash was released in Wave 2 of the Transformers: Age of Extinction deluxe Generations line. In the picture he appears to be the exact same mold. However, he can be repainted to possibly resemble his on screen appearance and that’s even if he does appear in the movie. Dinobot Slash never made it into Transformers: Age of Extinction, but with confirmed information of “Mini Dinobots” appearing in the fifth install of the Transformers franchise, this could be a possible confirmation at the first one being the raptor himself, Dinobot Slash.

I like that coloring!
It ends up looking lots better without those cage pieces on the shoulders and the axes plugged into the pelvis.
Slash, loose with instructions. I never got into the AOE toys as a whole so never knew what the Slash mold looked like.
All signs point to the latter.
Will they change the mold a bit for this figure or will it be the same?
one step- Megatron, Galvatron, Lockdown, Steeljaw, Stinger
power battlers-Galvatron, Lockdown, Vehicon, Junkheap
flip/smash change and titan hero-Lockdown
Please have a better deco hasbro. At least make a great difference.
i wouldn't mind getting another Slash if I like the colour scheme. You can never have too many Dinobots.
Hope his deco is a bit darker this time around.
Slash was one of my favorite molds in AOE. Might pick this one ep and have him with the black Dinobots for the heck of it.
I'm in the process of my yearly purge. I bought a huge lot of Beast Machines stuff at a thrift store last year. I dont need that stuff. Maybe I will try again shortly.
Hmmm, maybe it was too soon. I think I was still seeing aoe at ross and Marshalls 6mos-a year ago. I even saw a aoe deluxe at walrgreens yesterday. Lol wtf
I notice there's not much, especially in terms of lots on ebay recently. But I'm going to try selling locally on Craigslist first
It was the middle of last year. I put them all up starting at $9.99. No bids.
That sucks.,, I did the same thing at ross hoping to flip them for $$$ to go towards something cool. How long ago did you try to sell? I'm hoping after the movie comes out it will spark some interest and I can capitalize on that. Ha I doubt people will be able to tell they were the last movies toy line
This is looking lame.
I bought the AOE Slash at Ross for $2.99. Tried to sell him on ebay starting at .99 and no one bid.
Bored impulse purchase fail.
I even bought them all at Ross minus Grimlock. Couldn't even sell them as a lot.
The only one that wasnt garbage was the Swoop character.
That would be nice…what Decepticons were actually available in general release? Just Galvatron, right?
That's what I'm thinking. They've already got a Platinum pack in movie color for Grimlock, Scorn, Slug, Slog and Strafe. But we have not seen one for Slash or Snarl.
The only way I'd pick up Slash is if he was in movie colours, and even then it would only be if the rest of the dinobots were getting repaints in movie colours. Right now I've got my whole fruit loops dinobot team and I'm quite happy with them.
Honestly, I'm quite happy we're getting retools of Bee and Slash. I have Lord knows how many movie Bees and I already have Slash. Money saved for me!
But moreover, let's face it, Slash in TLK is probably going to look identical to the AOE Slash toy. And why waste a new mold on Bumblebee of all characters? (though I will admit, as nice of a figure as it is, AOE Bee was the wrong choice to repaint.) I'm glad to see these repaints as that means more money will (hopefully) be pooled into making new molds for new characters instead of making new molds for characters we already have.
I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that at least a little over half are new molds.
