Solicitations for IDW Publishing’s April books are starting to be released, and CBR has the first two of the Transformers-related books. In Revolutionaries #5, the Revolutionaries team up with MASK to bring in the Atomic Man as it seems like we’re also getting more on the return of Hearts of Steel, and the lighter-toned Revolution: Aw Yeah! #3 has battles like Destro vs. Rom and team-ups such as Bumblebee and Acroyear. Check out the solicit descriptions and covers for yourself after the break, and stay tuned for further April solicitations as they come in.

I had started to type that the source of the news was from the allspark, but as I was looking at other pages While i typed I just forgot. to put the source.
Jalaguy
Why did you copy-paste my post from the Allspark as if you wrote it yourself? That's super-weird, man.

Wow, this stuff looks like hot garbage. That cover with the MASK vehicles… Holy crap, what is going one with proportions in that image? Based on the size relationship between drivers and vehicles, the "Big Trapper" is a tiny vehicle for midgets, while Kup's pickup truck alt mode is the size of a semi truck. WTF…
All this Revolution nonsense is a huge turnoff to me. And I LOVE those toylines. MASK, especially, is my all time favorite toyline. But this fiction, and the way they're shoving this crap down our throats… GUGH…. Just make it stop!

There any chance we can see the solicitation for the fourth issue? That's the one we haven't seen.

Barber has confirmed that it's the solicit text that's messed up, and that the HOS story will be in #5. So it's looking like:
#4 – Snake Eyes & Predaking
#5 – Cobra Commander & Hearts of Steel
#6 – Mike Power & MASK (presumably)
SouthtownKid
Man, Atkins art has changed a lot. Great cover. Not really interested in the series, though.
Aw Yeah, on the other hand, I may check out. I always enjoy Art Baltazar's work. His DC books, particularly his Titans, were a trip.
Megastar
I'm hoping the Commander is either still Krake coming out of hiding and rebuilding Cobra or Billy taking over his fathers mantle and making Cobra great again.

Kup's alt. mode on that cover reminds me of Arms Micron Ironhide/PRiD Sgt. Kup.
CelticMutt
Hearts of Iron Bumblebee.
Girl Pants
Bumblebee!?!?!?
Omegashark18
So what? The plot we saw for issue 4 is actually the plot for issue 5 and vice versa?
Sockie
Possibly, but the variant cover seems to suggest not, as that's Power driving the Big Trapper on the run from Kup and MASK.
Also, Barber tweeted this. Seems like there may have been a text mix-up with the #4 and #5 solicits.
Triceradon
Lol, why is Kup's head poking out in altmode.
Omegashark18
Could that cover mean that,
Sockie
