Looks like Transformers: The Last Knight TV Spots just keep on coming. In fact it’s the title of the 2nd TV Spot for the upcoming movie.
Titled as Keep Coming, the new spot is also from the 1st Trailer. However, the tagline is quite interesting: “Two Worlds Collide, Only One Survives”.

Nope because the marketing team is on a roll with not releasing much spoilerish content or over saturating the TV spots with new stuff so the major stuff, being the superbowl and 2nd theatrical trailer, can flaunt all the want in new scenes without showing like half the movie.

Is anyone else beginning to get pissed off about them releasing a TV spot about footage we have already seen, why can't we get 1 or 2 new more scenes, they should only be 1 or 2 seconds long each.

I feel really stupid now.
Jesus, that's more than my daily intake of sodium in one post.
Lostage2014
im exited already for this film

absolutely, I'll do the same, is just a waste of time going through the same arguments over and over in every thread, I just would like the discussion to be constructive and enjoyable, that's all.

Okay thanks. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't imagining it. I normally try to steer clear of the movie threads because they eventually devolve into poop slinging competitions.
I was in the same boat for a long time too before signing up years ago. The movie threads have a tendency to come out of the wash like this, which is sad, but I wouldn't let it discourage you from wanting to join in conversations here and there. If it looks to be more than tepid I normally avoid the forum. Or look for folks that are trying to have a civil constructive discussion. There's still plenty of worthwhile people here to chat with.
I grew up on G1 but I realized a long time ago its no longer 1984, things change and the films are their own beast. I can appreciate them for what they offer good and or bad.
Cheers.

It's called TFW2005 boards. That's just how it is here. You are right though, of course, but no amount of expressing this will prevent further argumentation. I've tried it.
This place is a whole lot of people thinking their opinions are higher than others, or people just arguing over personal preferences in the movies. Even people intentionally driving the discussions toward arguments.
If you want to get hyped about the movies, than this isn't the right place (try Instagram TF pages), because even people who only want to bicker pathetically waste their time here.
This should be a place for people to discuss, analyze, and get hyped but there is always someone who will lead the discussion to an argument.

Yes. A lot of it was.
This is the second clean up on this thread. If it's needed again, thread bans and infractions will be handed out.
Keep it on topic. Have some respect for others' opinions. Be nice.

I followed this forum long before I decided to join it and I got to say that this arguments are pretty boring when you see them at least one time in every news thread. Everytime I want to read what people are thinking about details or something new I find myself scrolling down posts after posts of "hater" trolls "or whatever against people who just like the movieverse or at least do not hate it. I do not understand how a concept like TRANSFORMING robots can divide people like this! Come on people, there is something for everyone (A movie never deleted g1 or animated or prime…..), I just want hype and analyze the news, do not going to war (always the same one against Bay) everytime there is something different!

I'm fine with TV spots with no new footage for now. It's a good idea, because not everybody looks up movie trailers online or has been to the theater since the trailer came out.

There's still a while before the movie comes out.. They're going to show more and more prior to its release. So, I would expect more to be given away as we get more tv spots and full trailers.
Megatronus the Fallen
Actually we've gotten somewhere. The humans have gotten more advanced over the course of the war. They developed energon trackers, New armor piercing rounds, and those flying things used to seek out transformers. And now transformium, which I doubt will be used again for human use but it's still an advancement.

Steve Rogers is being hunted by Hydra operating within SHIELD. He not only questions it, he searches for answers and unearth the remnants of Zola. He also tells Fury that SHIELD as it is known is over and done with because they've allowed themselves to be compromised by infiltration. It's all there woven into the story. His arc is directly affected in all 3 CW movies, there's rhyme and reason behind nearly all of it.
It not only affects him during the movie but it directly affects his character arc leading into Civil War. He refuses to sign the accord in part because of his experiences with SHIELD's Hydra driven agenda.
The Helicarriers in WS again set-up the whole accord. It's one of several catalysts that lead to the powers that be having enough of unsupervised super powers doing what they want.
Marvel movies are made with purpose and consideration for their subsequent follow ups. To compare their arcs, characters and vision to Transformers is folly.
Transformers movies specialise in wasted potential and one dimensional villains with the exception of Lockdown who had some pizzazz to him.
KSI and Galvatron's arc just abruptly ends in Hong Kong. It all feels like it's stuffed into AoE to pad the running time. Galvatron bails to allow the movie to return to Prime vs Lockdown. Let's not pretend that this is deep writing here.
Helicarriers are simply plot devices and the ultimate object that Cap will have to take down. The same applies to the Allspark, the energy harvest, the space bridge. It's standard movie trope. Here's the doomsday object, now stop it from destroying XYZ.
Above all else compare Iron Man vs Cap and Optimus vs Sentinel. This highlights the difference in writing quality. The discussion about who is right and who is wrong in the former has no clear resolution. Sentinel Prime had such minimal character and his motives were so 1D. Optimus by that point had already defeated Megatron twice and The Fallen yet Sentinel believed the Autobots were still destined to lose the war? What?

How exactly let me give an example in CA TWS (I know but it's the only related one I can think of) Steve is hunted by shield and nothing comes of it on a character level he's just on the run. He never questions anything, Such a huge discovery should shake Steve but he was already suspicious and already against shield the reveal doesn't really effect his arc. Steve's scene with Peggy is great but it's never mentioned again and doesn't actually effect his arc. the fugitive arc is mindless, it offers nothing on a character level. In Age of Extinction being hunted effects optimus on an emotional level it breaks him Cade's family is torn apart by the fugitives arc. Optimus actually does question himself his morals are challenged, his interactions with Cade really matter to his arc, he is enraged when ratchet dies and when Joshua dismisses them he flat out decides to just abandon humanity until Cade persuades him.
The Helicarriers in WS raise a lot of intriguing questions regarding freedom vs security and they're all tossed aside in favor of a stop the villains doomsday plot story. We never see the helicarriers do anything the implications surrounding them and their original purpose isn't discussed or focused on. We get a good conversation between Steve and Fury but that's all we get nothing they actually debate about is really explored, sure Hydra is using them for fear but without the public there's nothing to really do with that except have someone say it. The Helicarriers are not explored they're just the villains doomsday weapon, how is that not wasted potential.
KSI is actually explored we see Galvatron's creations we are introduced to the prototypes we find about stinger and we see them pit their prototypes against the Autobots we then see Galvatron take control of them. The ideas about man's arrogance in trying to control the prototypes are shown they aren't just talked about once then dropped, the idea that man's hubris could lead us to self destruction is addressed and plays into Galvatron's story. True it wasn't used to it's fullest but at least the ideas were used for more than one dialogue scene.
This applies to their villain as well pearce is someone who believes in doing what you believe is right regardless what others who is willing to sacrifice a few lives for many, he believes in order beyond all else and hates politics. It's just kind of the stereotypical government bad guy to me. Attinger also seeks to protect his nation seeing all transformers as enemies but he also feels he hasn't been given recognition for his sacrifices and seeks to gain wealth because he feels it's his deserved reward for what he's done. He's the worse human being for sure but he just feels more original, every line pearce says I feel could've been given to any government bad guy, he doesn't have as much emotional range either like when Attinger begins to unravel.
I don't see it how on Earth is Age the wasted one, the complete wasting of the freedom vs security conflict alone should at least be a factor how was the Age the more wasted one I don't get it?
