With thanks to Cybertron Philippines on Facebook, we are able to share some images of the fourth wave of Titans Return toys in their packages, giving us a decent look at these new toys. We heard the figures joining the shelves with this assortment yesterday, and earlier today we got our first glimpse at some of these characters. Now, we can show you every toy in the assortment, from Shuffler to Quake to Sky Shadow in their packaging – which also means we can confirm that yes, Krok’s Titan Master is indeed named Gatorface.
These images come courtesy of Cybertron Philippines and also Toy Kingdom, who will have a distribution event of new releases of Titans Return later today (January 7) inside Toy Kingdom, SM Megamall, Philippines. Distribution starts at 3PM – and that means you might well want to watch this space for some in-hand, out of package images.

I have nearly all of wave 4 after snagging Quake and Roadburn today, Sky Shadow will prove a challenge but I will prevail. So far I like Wave 4 the most.

I haven't found wave 3 yet, but this wave is looking great. Brawn, Perceptor, Kup, Topspin, and Broadside are on my list. I spotted Prime and Megatron at Target on Friday, but I think I'll wait for the Blitzwing and Octane repaints.
I have to admit, Krok and Quake are some more obscure choices. I had to look up what their G1 counterparts looked like. Kudos to Hasbro for going so deep into the line, but I don't need to own these guys. I wonder what happens when they run out of Headmasters characters- will they get into Pretenders? That's where I got off the Transformers train back in the day.

BBTS got the Wave 4 Titansmasters in stock earlier this week, so I imagine they'll get the rest of the wave later this month, or April at the latest.

There's a japanese toy show coming up around the time as Toyfair this month so chances are we'll see something there.

So do I, but it looks like Takara won't release both Legends and movie toys at the same time. And if they start announcing the movie line early March and have them for two months then early May is where I can see them going back to having new Legends figures up for pre-order.
It really does suck since I don't particularly care for movie toys and TR wave 3 and 4 have some amazing stuff in there I want to see done by Takara, but hey, it's what it is. Maybe they do have some new stuff on display at WonFes, that would be sweet

I think, and maybe we'll see this w/Takara, a bit more paint on the head will make it a lot better. There's a lot of detail hiding in that monochrome helmet.

I have been trying to figure out what exactly I don't like about that Kup head. I think it is those crazy cheek flaps. This seems a lot better to me?

I'd love for you to be right, Legends Triggerhappy is one of my most anticipated TF releases this year, but I doubt they'll announce more Legends stuff now that the new movie line is about to start.
