3rd Party manufacturer Matrix Studio has revealed their new Transformers: Dark Of The Moon Autobot Dino Statue based on the Ferrari robot from the third movie. The same company developed a Transformers 3 Shockwave statue back in 2015.
Priced at US$1100, the new statue is expected to ship early 2017.
Matrix Studio Facebook page states the following:
“The second work from Matrix Studios, Ferrari Dino, a real object photo!
This will be the first version, the follow-up will continue to modify the carbon fiber effect, and lighting effects and overall painting.
The reservation price is $ 1,100. Deposit 450 US dollars, will be the fastest in the second quarter of 2017 release.
With the platform size: 65cm (height) X 58cm (depth) X 60cm (width).
Net weight about 20KG +
I hope you like it. Will be limited edition.”

Take it how you will, their Shockwave statue was unlicensed and they appear to be making unlicensed Predator statues, I mean heck, even this news item is filed under "3rd Party Unlicensed"….

Not licensing from Hasbro is one thing, though usually unlicensed third party items don't use the actual name or the Transformers logo as a way of getting out of it, though this does both. But using a car company's badge on an unlicensed item is definitely just asking to be sued…

Nice. So it looks like it's licensed by Ferrari, which is funny cos Hasbro couldn't make a licensed figure.
Just such a shame that one has to fork out thousands to get anything near accurate and high quality.
