The official Transformers: The Last Knight Twitter and Instagram accounts have recently posted a video as part of a viral marketing campaign for the fifth live-action Transformers film.
The page for the video features William Shakespeare‘s Macbeth quote, “Something wicked this way comes” (Act 4 Scene 1). The same quote was popularized recently as the tagline of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban movie) and shows a document from the United States State Department. The video features no spoken dialogue, but it does have a message in Morse code that reportedly translates to, “I’m coming for you, humans. May 31.“
The image also contains a file number and a torn out date: “File No. 21.63 Date:10….“
What is the meaning of this hidden message, and who is saying it? Will some major details get revealed May 31?
