Following the brief reveal previously found in Figure King Magazine, Takara Tomy officially announced on their website the next entry to the Masterpiece toy line will MP-25L LoudPedal. Along with the announcement are images detailing the mostly black repaint of MP-25 Tracks that homages the rare Diaclone Black Corvette Stingray.
Apart from the new masked head sculpt, LoudPedal appears to maintain most of Tracks’ molding. In this iteration, the figure is painted mostly black and grey with purple accents on the windows. The images also showed off the non-transforming Blaster accessory painted like the Radio Cassette Robo from the original Takara Micro Change toy line, and the Raoul figure from the original Tracks release repainted after his appearance in the episode “Broadcast vs. Soundwave”. We also see a sheet of marking seals allowing you to recreate that original hood decal found on Diaclone Black Corvette Stingray.
According to the announcement, LoudPedal, whose name references piano pedals, is said to be a Destron Sound Sapper that uses super sonic in a variety of attacks. If you are interested in adding this new figure that reference the origins of Transformers to your Destron ranks, LoudPedal will be available for 8,500 yen at the Tokyo Toy Show 2016 happening from June 11th to 12th. Checkout that full sized images, and let us know on the boards after the break.
