Unless Drift and Hound are appearing in the Bumblebee spin-off and it's Earth adventure while TF5 is Optimus in space?
spikebuster
Yeah like a Hound spinoff.

It's not too late. You can still change your mind Paramount/Hasbro. Give us something better than a Bumblebee spinoff

If the Bee Movie is similar to the video games War & Fall of Cybertron I'd be all in.
If it's more "short bus Bee", I'm not sure.
I like the original trilogy designs, but ugh….I'd swear those stories were written by 4 year olds that simply couldn't come up with better humor or a different plot.

I know this much about Movie Bumblebee, he took a piss on a man….that pretty much ended my relationship with the movies.

I'd watch that. Not in for full price at a theater. If it looked good, I'd hit up a matinee.
Also, why have we never gotten any really great chase scenes in the live action movies? The highway scene in Dark of the Moon comes closest… but I feel like Transformers could give the Fast and the Furious a run for their money in that department.

See that Netroplex toy in the corner? Metroplex for TF9 confirmed?

No, no, and hell no!

It's funny how all the people bitching are supposedly human beings with a high body content of water but yet are so salty!
Love this news! Bring on the movies!

But I think we could have said who the heck are the Guardians of the Galaxy, even Marvel doesn't seem to know since they varied so much across the comic books. Ant Man wasn't exactly a household name, even among the comic book geeks there were worries that Ant Man couldn't hold down a solo movie. Chances were taken and instead of feeling a bit stale with the big names these less known members of the Marvel Universe managed to freshen things up.
Spin offs seemed like the chance to expand out the cinematic universe with something like a Last Stand of the Wreckers sort of film where it's not clear the good guys will win. Instead having super ninja commando Bumblebee means more of the same and his ultra plot armor means the bad guys have already lost before they even start filming the movie.
tunaflash
Maybe next they can do a Bad Boys-Bumblebee crossover.

I love Transformers, but dear God I hope this "Transformers Cinematic Universe" implodes so Hasbro can focus on other media for TF. I feel like the moviegoing public is already sick of the TF movies – hell, not a day goes by in my two film classes that we don't rip on 'em (myself included).

I can deal with them making these horrible movies ever couple of years because for some reason they continue to make money and in turn hasbro can use the money to make figures that I do want but if they are going to be making a movie ever year for the foreseeable future then wont most of their buget be going to merchandise for the movies. While I know we were promised a third series in this prime wars thing but when are they even going to have the time and budget to do it?
