Good News for our McDonald’s lovers out there because their website has revealed their next set of happy meal toys to feature characters from Transformers Robot in Disguise. According to what’s shown, we will be getting a robot mode and a vehicle mode figure each for our Autobot heroes Bumblebee and Optimus Prime, as well as Thunderhoof and Steeljaw from the Decepticon crew. Most of the figures appear to have a projectile firing gimmick of some sort, with Optimus Prime’s projectile featuring Minicon Slipstream‘s likeness. Thank you board memeber The Kup for letting us know. Check out the full set of figures after the jump.

Cool I'm all over these! I have all of these all the way back to the transforming food toys back in 80's
Isn't it just 2 characters this time with that being 8 toys?
Also I have all the food toy transformers in country available at my disposal I even have extra animated and extra Cybertron (those 2 were the best) if anyone wants a figure or 2 lmk I'll see what I can do. On my YouTube I think I go over most if not all of them. *(Except the extras or the Cybertron I haven't done yet)*
That really.sucks bro i can see that day coming to the us they already stopped selling them at burger king & mcdonalds is the only place that has food mean type toys anymore.
Costs. Its too expensive to sell a transforming toy for less then $2 dollars now.
Yup actually the animated as well.as the Cybertron lines were both good. But these look iike decent action figures of our favorite bots at least. All aboard I sat
They have pose able arms heads and waists and some have wrists. But the ones sideways its kinda stupid to have their arms & heads move
Also $4???? $1.65 where I'm from not sure where you are lol

tfw people still remember your ego-inflated mistakes…
was my cousin but whatever
HotRhinoximus86
Wait, they DON'T Transform?! WTF?! I was SO excited, even though these're clearly the lamest char.'s from the show!
MartyFeeb
+1.
I, too, thought they transformed at first glance. But seeing as how they're static robots… I really don't care. Not to mention how the Happy Meals are generally overpriced nowadays.
You might as well take those $4 and buy an actual TRANSFORMING minicon.
How much longer until the foaming liberals put McD's out of business? I'm honestly surprised they're still around, considering all the bad word-of-mouth I keep hearing about them. But like porn, it must be something we all need but refuse to publicly acknowledge!

Anyone else realize that Thunderhoof's robot design is a (nearly) direct rip from his warrior toy?
Autovolt 127
Same. The Animated Happy Meal Toys were pretty solid all things considered.
TFW10
I'll get them, both, rid and mlp
do they come out next month
prime roller
y'know, if they actually did that… I'd get them all
Rodimus Prime
I like how the toys that are in happy meals now are much more basic/lesser quality than what was in them when I was a kid. Why not just bring back the transforming food-bots?
DJW107PRIME
I see Strongarm.
Prival
Exactly what i was thinking. Must be sending Rodimus a message
KnightHawkke
Well hey, ya keep one mode toy under the desk or table, the other on top and when you want to tramsform it, you spin that one around, make the transformer noise, and quickly flip their spots, it's the same right?
BattleUpSaber
Is it just me, or does that thing Optimus is carrying resemble a Rodimus Star?…
soull
I just don't get it. Transformers do like one thing. They TRANSFORM! It's the whole point. Why even make the toy if it's not going to do that? God, I hate this garbage…

Ah man, Taiwan just passed a law restricting [deemed unhealthy] fast food places from selling toys.
I guess parents are worried that they can't parent well enough to feed their children the way they'd like
. You can already buy the toys individually, without buying anything else, like I've done with the previous TFPrime and RID stuff.
The brilliant conclusion is to not let places like McDonald's market to kids. If kids were really into clowns, their mascot would likely have to go too. It is ridiculous.
And the worst part… no more Macky D, or Burger King toys for me
.
Macross7
Well the one member here told the story how he threw the box at a manager saying it scared his kid. Because of course the manager at a restaurant is responsible for creating it.

i'm more interested in the MLP toys… sadly, i dont live in US.. also did anyone tell US McDonald that their happy meal mascot is creepy as hell?
T-Hybrid
It's a missed opportunity to not have some kind of basic Minicon integration.
