Marvin Mariano has posted the concept art for Salvage, Blurr & Servo to the Transformers Rescue Bots Facebook page. This artwork shows some of the early concepts for the characters as they were initially imagined alongside the finished designs. Check them out!

Personal opinion I guess. I've gotten every $9.99 figure since then. They've all been pure joy, and I've had 0 QC issues.
Autovolt 127
I doubt that they originally were planning to do Smokescreen…since he's already appeared in Prime and did not have that deco.

Seriously these new Rescue Bot (Rescan Line) Toys are garbage. The joints are so loose and the springs get sprung (especially the Blades the Flight Bot Fighter Jet). The last great Rescue Bots were Medix and Hoist. Everything since the Energize line has been utter garbage, unfortunately!
Dormamu
I love how much Blurr looks like his Energon iteration.

It's actually incredibly nice in hand. I love garish clashing colors though.
Autobot Spike
I know of an incredibly hulking character who might get excited over those colors…..

purple and neon green.. great choice. ..
Porkulus
This concept art is way cooler than what we got. Shame to see that Hasbro just didn't care about what they were given.

While not as cute as the final design, I like the concept art that makes Servo look like a Swiss Army Knife.

I'd buy the living shit out of a toy of… Servo, is it?

So Blurr might've originally been Smokescreen (going by the concept art colours)?
Or, and go with me here, Perceptor?
They could give him a really high handle-like spoiler and pretend he's a lawn mower. Call him Trimmer. Or The Trimson Warrior.

These were posted to my Rescue Bots Facebook page by Marvin S. Mariano. He also did the Dinobots designs as well.
