I have all 3 Warbotron figures (the last version of Air Burst) and all mine are in great shape. No stress marks on my swindle figure. The only problem i had was with heavy noisy's arms during transformation. Pulling the arms down and out was a pain in the @$$ but once i loosened up all 4 screws on each arm that problem was fixed.

I got this figure yesterday. I loved it! Until I looked at the backpack. The whole area is covered in stressmarks right out of the box. they used plastic for the tiniest pin on the whole figure when it should have been metal. The screws that hold the roof sections down for it to slide in and out have been done up way too tight to the screw holder has been crushed and stressed so it presses outward and doesn't let the panels slide. There are also various other stress marks all over the roof/backpack section. The rest of the figure is great. For some reason warbotron do 90% of the figure perfectly and slip up with one section of it. For the £65 I paid for this guy I'm fairly annoyed. Got my retailed in contact with Warbotron now. I hope for a replacement or something done about this. My most anticipated release this year is dwindling…

Only if Actionrobo has Talon in stock and I would order altogether with Sly and heavy noise. Why does it take so long for sly and talon to hit the state side……..

Looks like this is a figure I could buy and not feel….swindled.
But sadly, I've no budget for third party toys right now. Not that I ever had the budget for a third party combiner…
I guess I'll just have to gaze longingly at the pictures and dream of the day when I win the Mega Millions or whatever and just go nuts.
And I'm sorry about the terrible pun….I couldn't resist. I'm weak.

When is this going to hit stores? I have heavy noisy on pre-order with air burst at tf source. When is sly going to be released…This is the best swindle I have seen done by a 3rd party company
