Before this week gets too insane, with the New York Toy Fair event coming up this weekend, we here at TFW2005 have one last Wonder Festival 2014 story to share with you.
First off, we would like to post a correction to an earlier story: The recently revealed silhouette from the CMs Corps booth at Wonder Festival was not actually Deathsaurus, according to Autobase Aichi. The silhouette is actually of the titular robot Acrobunch from the 1982 anime series Makyo Densetsu Acrobunch, and therefore not an actual Transformers character or product. Many apologies to any members out there who may have gotten their hopes up and subsequently smacked back down.
Secondly, we have a bunch of high resolution photographs of many of the Transformers related products at the Wonder Festival event, including clearer shots of Ultimetal Optimus Prime, Fewture Statues of Optimus Prime, Alpha Trion and Grimlock, the GIANT Unicron head statue and more- Including previously revealed EM Gokin and ES Gokin Roadbusters, Sentinel’s non-transforming articulated G1 Scorponok, a Garage Kit of Optimus Prime with Matrix and a Super Deformed Fortress Maximus garage kit!
Special thanks to personal friend WondAnon for doing me a favor and taking these photos specifically for our coverage. You can check out the exclusive photos by clicking the story header or by simply just clicking here.
Also, swing on by our sister site ToyArk.com to check out the other Wonder Festival reveals from toylines such as Revoltech, Figma, and ThreeZero! And stay with us here on TFW2005 as we bring you the latest toy coverage as it happens. And don’t forget: This weekend is ALSO the New York Toy Fair, where our staff will be on hand to bring you the latest toy news for Transformers: Age of Extinction, Generations and more! Stay tuned.

Waiting patiently for a reissue of combiner Aerialbots,if TakTomy is planning to do so.
koonfasa
Sorry I take that back then. I was getting mixed up with the EM line of the Roadbuster repaint (I been looking at the mugen one since it came out) and I can't read japanese.
LegendAntihero
That Optimus figure looks nice. Die cast will make it even better.
metaphorge
I shudder to think how much Unicron's noggin' will go for, but damn do I want it….
Incepticon
They should have just called that thing Segatron and been done with it. It's an awful design, let alone anything that should/could be passed off as a Megatron.
Murasame
Diecast sucks
MechaFanboy
???
合金 = Gokin (alloy), which can be translated as diecast.
It would be a blasphemy to name a series "EX 合金 TF" and not have any diecast in the figures.
Murasame
Woah, what's that Unicron head? Is it what I have been wanting for 24 years now?
And I need that Alpha Trion now! Damn, where are my Aerialbots?
Thundercracker
Unicron had a good dentist.
Obakemono
Megadrive? The first thing that popped into my head was "all hail Segatron!"
Anyone have a line on the a-stone SD Fort Max? I missed it last year. Thanks
koonfasa
I don't think the EX line are metal, they only lists plastics. The SD line might be though.
Zambot
Awesome! These are poseable action figures! You can see the articulation at shoulders, elbows, knees and wrists. I hope this turns into a whole line!!
Stepper
The SD Fort Max is cute
DarkPrinceofKaon
You know, right.
I'm a Megatron fanatic and even I don't know what to do with that…unless…
…it plays real 16-bit Geneses cartridges. Could you imagine !
TacticalBacon
Yes. I love SD stuff! Just wish I could afford them.
Funny thing is, I'd actually buy the SD Fort Max instead of the Encore release.
noobcyborg
Interesting… New Revoltech G1 Optimus

According to the little signs, those are completed die cast models, not statues. OP comes with the matrix, energy axe, laser gun, and stand.
Smasher
Yeah -they're probably going to be out of my price range.
MechaFanboy
U can either get them from japan-based resellers (like hlj) or thru BBTS. TFsource is also taking pre-orders for the ES / EM series Roadbuster. Fewture stuff don't come cheap though, and their designs are mostly non-transformable. One of the main selling point of their high-end collectible items is the sheer amount of diecast that it comes loaded with. So yeah, their high-end products are mainly targeted at diecast collectors.
Underwear
The huge (& pricey) Ultimetal Optimus Prime is already listed on bbts.
