Keith’s Fantasy Club teamed up with Auto Assembly to bring fans the Auto Assembly 2013 custom figure kit – Bad Cop! Based on the concepts for Transformers Universe Barricade, this kit includes everything you need to customize a First Edition Transformers Prime Vehicon into a Transformers Prime Barricade.
The kit is nice and easy to do – all you need is a little superglue to fix on the lightbar, and a careful hand to apply the stickers. Since the head is on a balljoint you can just pop the Vehicon’s head off and plug in the Barricade head, though I found I needed to just gently shave a little plastic off the socket for the ball joint for the best fit.
The final effect is excellent – the new head perfectly captures the look and feel of a Transformers Prime character, and the half a dozen main stickers – two for the doors, two for the rear wheel arches and a two-part one for the roof – help to complete the look. In vehicle mode, Bad Cop looks very cool and dynamic, with the additional details added by the stickers complementing the existing look of the Vehicon’s vehicle mode nicely. In robot mode, some of the new details are hidden but the stickers on the vehicle’s sides are now on the arms, which together with the new head gives the robot mode its own identity.
Bad Cop was produced in very limited quantities for Auto Assembly. If you were able to get your hands on one of these kits, congratulations, you own one of the cooler third party “garage kit” sets on the market. If you are a fan of Transformers Prime and get a chance to pick up this kit, I recommend you go for it – it is a great complement to any Transformers Prime collection.

Anyone have this up for sale, or know where I can find it?
Scaleface
I had heard that the removed head from the FE Vehicon fits on the First Edition Starscream mold… so you can make a Seeker Vehicon from it.

Thats helpful to know, I am sure I will be able to find a way to make a double sided joint in order to fit the head to the TFSS Barricade body, might try pick up Smokescreen or Prowl to experiment on to make sure the joints are all the right size in preparation.
Raiju
I don't think it will work. This Barricade head has a hollow socket and goes on the ball joint neck of the FE Vehicon figure. The TFP Smokecreen/Prowl mold is the opposite and has a hollow socket for the neck and it's the head that has the ball joint attached.
Prime-Directive
So does anyone know how well the head fits onto the prime Smokescreen/Prowl body? would like to know if I will need to do any major modding to the joint in order to place the head onto the TFSS Barricade, very excited to add the head to that body.
CZ Hazard
Thanks man, people wanting them can PM me direct and I will sort them out. Quite a few people / comments in this thread can vouch for me.

Wouldn't be the first time an exclusive showed up on Taobao. They have been there for a while.
Is there a place we can order the official ones? I hate dealing with taobao, and it is a cool idea.
CZ Hazard
Um, you can't have?!? These are an exclusive run that we paid for, no-one else should have any?
Prime-Directive
Does anyone know of where I can order this where it will ship to Australia, and how much it will cost? I would really like to get the kit to look at using the head for the TFSS Barricade when I get it.
Edit.

Was thinking of ordering from here but I have no idea how much it will cost in Australian dollars or if they will even ship worldwide.

Great kit. I got mine several weeks ago and it's turned the FE Vehicon, a figure I was rather uninterested in, into a toy I'm still playing with. I wish I could find some replacement, five-fingered hands to swap out with the Vehicon's gremlin claws; then this figure would be perfect.

Picked mine up on taobao for $10 shipped here's a few sellers if anyone still wants to pick it up

I got mine today and it was very easy to assemble and the sticker placents were a breeze! Thanks to CZ Hazard for the nice set!

It's not that we're fakes, it's just we're not what you think we are…
N_M_S
Well, it is pretty obvious that everyone postings pics and kits received messages in this thread are really just you with a bunch of fake accounts…

I just had someone PM me and ask if they pay for the item will I actually send it, or just keep the money?!?! What the actual…
Seriously, I've been a dealer for nearly twenty years, I've worked retail in collectibles for most of that. I am a dealer at AA and TFcon and a variety of other shows, as well as organising a variety of add-on kits and exclusive figures throughout the fandom over the last five years or so.
AND I only take Paypal for the customers protection.
Why would anyone need £20 so badly that they would risk ruining that reputation?!? I don't get it.

^ Looking good. Yeah, it's best to grind some of the excess plastic out of the head socket with a Philips head screwdriver first before placing it on to the neck ball joint. Wish he came with light-piping too but not a shabby effort by KFC.
The police crest emblem stickers are weirdly cut too so they came out uneven on one side; I'll have to use a hobby knife to carefully cut the excess off before putting them on.

The head was really a pain to get on and I think I've stressed the joint. Oh well, the head's staying on him anyway. If only the eyes could glow.
Taziir
The head was crazy tight to get on but it will go on. It's a little on the firm side but in no way loose. I should have done a small amount of shaving inside the socket first to make it easier to get on first heh.

The Takara version is actually a very dark navy blue bordering on glossy midnight purple (with hints of metallic flake), while the Hasbro is black. The stickers have backing that is black, and will probably blend better with the Hasbro FE figure in alt mode (which is why I have a 2nd Bad Cop kit to put on a Hasbro FE Vehicon to keep strictly in alt mode). That said, I think the Takara figure looks a lot better in bot mode since it has more purple mixed in to break up all the blue parts that the Hasbro version has, and is why I like the Takara FE Vehicon to be kept in bot mode.
Deceptigtar
i took a small philips head screw driver as someone else mentioned and just kept grinding it on the inside until the head popped on.
doesnt matter, you can use either one.
