I agree with Afterburner, this was a very good Botcon. I also agree that some gems are being saved for SDCC.

Actually I thought it was a good mix this year. They did a much better job of actually showing something interesting at BotCon (although not being able to take questions was clearly planned) and the fact they sent out official pictures for most of the products that are finished was not something they had to do. We have actually seen more than we have the past couple of years. And I'm sure they saved some stuff for SDCC. Should be interesting.

Skids looks nice, but the other 3 are passes. Waspinator looks interesting too, but not my thing. I'll just get a Bumblebee on clearance and paint him gold. I have no need for Goldfire.

I'd buy some of those pictured if they were deluxe, voyager, or larger sized. If they're making Whirl I want a better updated Roadbuster

Personally I'm hoping his first re-deco is Skywarp, with the few necessary retools too. Then they can do a straight-up Thundercracker repaint. The past couple Starscreams that have been repainted into Thundercracker have then had Takara exclusive repaints as Skywarp… For once I'd like to see Skywarp be the first repaint just in-case one of them does end-up exclusive to Takara. That said, it looks like that trend is ending with the FoC Seeker mold, so there's hope for the future.

In the second one, I see G1 Sky Lynx and Whirl, Victory Greatshot, Generations Scourge, Classics Skywarp, some Decepticon's arm, the G1 Insecticons and Lazerbeak, Action Master / Botcon SG Thundercracker, an updated G1 Defensor, Marvel Comics Scrounge, G1 Inferno, FOC Blaster (?) United Frenzy/Rumble and an updated Animated / ROTF Lockdown (?)

So I hear Armada Starscream is going to be released I hope he comes with his Minicon.
Also if he gets a Redeco in the form of Thundercracker I may just scream in excitement because that was my First Official Transformer and if he gets a New Figure in that colour with better articulation it'll just be amazing.
Still I'd be happy even if they just went with Starscream.
