Botcon has announced two more guests who will be attending Botcon 2013 in San Diego. Joining artist’s alley are Dan Khanna and Jean-Paul Bove! Jean-Paul you may know as the colorist of Transformers Regeneration 1, although among the many other credits to his name, he is writing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Dan Khanna is another artist whose work you are sure to be familiar with. Over the past decade he has worked on many box art pieces for Hasbro as well as doing work for Fun Publications, IDW, Dreamwave, Hard Hero and Titan. More recently he has been working as a penciller for the excellent artwork featured in Mobage’s Transformers Legends game.
Dan and Jean-Paul will be joining the other Transformers artist talent in the Botcon artist’s alley this year including Ken Christiansen, cover artist for IDW’s Transformers Prime series; Cally Kari Shokka, master plushie maker with no known weaknesses; Josh Burcham, colorist for IDW, Dreawave, and this year’s Botcon comic; Robby Musso, artist for IDW and Fun Publications; Matt Frank, artist for Transformers Spotlight Trailcutter and the Fun Publications story Beast Wars Shattered Glass; Teyowisonte Thomas Deer, freelance colorist for IDW and Fun Publications; Casey Coller, artist for IDW; and Livio Ramondelli, artist for IDW’s Transformers Autocracy, Monstrosity and more. Check out the full line up of talent on the Botcon Artist Alley page!
BotCon 2013 will be held on June 27 – 30 at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center in San Diego, California. Pre-registration is currently open for this year’s event – click here to find out more and pre-register today!

Lol! Well, that is definitely something in Botcon's favor, then.
Are you going to be doing commissions there? I'd love to get some original MTMTE-themed art…..

*would listen to Josh's voice acting* XD
I'm torn- I'm trying to decide between Botcon and San Diego Comic Con…. if you could only do one (likely, in my case), which would you choose? I like that SDCC has so much (of all kinds of things) to choose from, but it's gotten HUGE- to the point of almost being too huge. Botcon doesn't have as much to choose from, of course, but it has always sounded fun and this year it's close enough that I could go. *Decisions, decisions…*

And we're far from done… Many more still waiting to be announced.
This is FAR from the complete list
Stay tuned. We will have more artists announcements every day over the next week.

Question.. I noticed all the artists listed have in some way worked on official Transformers projects. At past BotCons, there have been regular fan artists in the Artist Alley. Can we expect to see them? Or is this the complete list of artists making it out to BotCon?
Thundershot
That's a lot of artists!
Pete Sync
You will not find a more impressive gathering of Transformers artists than you will at BotCon 2013! Yesterday marked our 10th announcement and we're still not done! Check out the already amazing list The Transformers Collectors' Convention – BotCon 2013!
And of course, you can still register here
