Impossible Toys, makers of the larger Generation 1 scaled third party Quintessons, have updated their website with a CGI render of a product they have coming out later in 2012 – an Allicon. For those not familiar with this character, the Allicons are a creation of the Quintessons much like the more widely known Sharkticons, who serve as enforcers to the Quintessons. They are most visible in the famous “universal greeting” scene of the 1986 animated movie when they failed to reciprocate Kup’s Energon goodies. This will be the first time an Allicon has ever received a toy – good news for those of us wanting to fill out another gap in our Generation 1 collections.
Keep it TFW 2005 for more on this and other third party release news.

yeah, and much to the dissappointment of my wallet.

G1 feel to me means limited articulation. I wont be expecting waist and hip articulation.

Any insiders have ideas on what the price might look like?

Impossible Toys…
Not going to hold my breath on this one. Definitely waiting until after the reviews before deciding anything.
Wait what?

Hasbro dropped the ball when they didn't make these.

I will get this, I already have all of the other Quints and this will finish off the series quite nicely.

I remember these guys in the 1986 movie! It's great that they are finally getting toys of their own!
Jigga
I can't wait for this thing
Wheel_Jack
Now without making any sudden movements….
curious how this will look next to igear's sharkticon
BScorpinok75
About damn time! Now to sit and wait for a release and some reviews. But, I am likely to get atleast two if all is good.

This is cool, I like when the 3rd party guys make figures that the official guys would probably not think of.
Ezilla82
Cool. I thought those guys were alot badass than the Sharkticons, but still its nice to see this in plastic form soon.

The render looks good. Very interested.
Thenames9
It'll probably come with shoddy Impossible Toys quality as well.

I wonder whatever happened to Impossible Toys other things – Alpha Trion, Kranix, and Arbilus. I was particularly interested in the last two.
RedAlert Rescue
As I said before there's ball joints visible behind his head they look like they are for the Beast Mode's back legs to me.
Robogeek28
Ugh, Impossible Toys.
Looks like I won't be getting any Allicons then, ah well.

It has to transform! I just watched that scene from the 86 movie and if it qas just a static figure then they got the chest wrong. In bot modw you see no distinguishable features from the croc head. But you can clearly see it with this toy. Plus transformation would be simple for him. Just need to flip the croc head up and bend his knees to make him a little hunched and that's it. They could also work in a fist swap with a open claw had to give a more animal look to the toy. Kinda like the fist on depthcharge. It would also be nice if it came with the energon container kup and hot rod were feeding them from and the energy binds they used to take them to the prisons!
