We’ve got some more information on the Transformers Dark of the Moon 3D Blu Ray set! We know from Nelson’s post of yesterday that one disk in the set will be a behind the scenes disk; now thanks to this listing on Amazon.co.uk we know what to look forward to on the special features disk! You’ve got 1 1/2 hours of featurettes on there, including development, location shooting, post-production and aerial stunts; multi-angle sequences, art galleries, footage from the Moscow premiere, marketing gallery and trailers.
All in all, lots of stuff, with one notable omission – no deleted scenes. Does this mean that there are no deleted scenes from Dark of the Moon worth sharing?
Read on for the full list of special features on the disk. Special Features

I will get it no matter….but I want some deleted scenes…and if not….then its cool….but I wasn't gonna buy that bare bones 3 pack B-Ray set….I'm gonna buy my B-ray and buy it…and watch and I hope Krugher is on the commentary w Bay….and explain stuff about the story and the Prime's and Sentinel's story…and that of a younger Optimus….
Til all are one…
Who Dat? Geaux Saints…

Still think it is absolute bullshit the first release of the bluray had no special features (same with Avatar), the fact that it came with an ad for the version that DOES is all the more insulting.

I got the bluray off amazon on black friday and after seeing this list of extras I don't regret it. Feels the same as the extras on ROTF, which I have and was thoroughly bored by. Most of it is talk on executive decisions, boasting about locations and stunts and almost nothing on what the stars of the film are about – the Transformers.
Seems as sparse here. I want a disc of extras about the robots, their voice actors, their mythology, filming to make space for giant robots, and so on, not about some guys jumping from a plane.

I already got the first Blu-ray edition, but I'm a sucker for behind the scenes, so might pick this up. Deleted scenes would be the icing on the cake, hope they're just holding back on that for the time being.

Jeez guys, don't be so quick judging things. This is just a list published by Amazon. It's nothing official.
After this list was mentioned Nelson said that only the documentary is 2 hours long and the whole special features are around 4 hours. So don't worry, there will be plenty of great stuff there.

I think on Shoot for the Edit that "Nelson" said it's 4 discs, with the 3D version sitting in on #3. You get the standard BD on #1, features on #2, and I think the DVD or digital copy or whatever on #4.

I do not have a 3D TV so I am wondering if this blu ray release is able to play well on a regular TV? Is this there going to be a 2D blu ray release with special features?

Forget the griefing, I've been looking forward to this for months now, and I'll get it for practically nothing with a gift card good at the Best Buy. Yeah, 90 minutes of features isn't a whole lot, but since I don't usually have much time for those things, I can't complain. Can't wait!

Clearly scenes were cut and deleted. This is good and all but where are they? Why can't we have the IMAX version of ROTF? The full forest battle is super sexy.
What about regular DVD for the love of all that is holy! Is Blu-ray that much better?

Oh, so that's the behind the scenes. For some reason I thought it would just be a couple of vids that isn't worth putting in. Now I do want it. If only it didn't come with a bunch of other discs I don't need.
All I need is disc two and four or Disc one and two.
Acid Wing
No special edition for regular DVD version? Kinda looks that way so far.
I'll just patiently wait and hope…or dream, since I'm not interested in getting a Blu-ray player in the near future.

I envy people with Stereo Vision. I unfortunately have poor vision in my left eye.

Oh, yeah, I'll surely invest my money in a "new" trend which comes out and fades to oblivion something like every 30 years (first time it was the '20s, then '50s, '80s, and now in the new '10s)…

Doesn't the BR have this?

the Blu-ray disc with features will work on regular blu-ray
Optibotimus
I don't really think it's worth having a whole new thread made about it since we're discussing the features and stuff here

My only question, hopefully someone more knowledgeable than myself will be able to help me with. I do not own a 3DTV or a 3D blu ray player. Just a standard HDTV and blu ray. Will i be able to watch this version of the movie on my setup? I know obviously it won't be in 3D if i watch it…but is it playable and useable with my equipment. Or should i just save my money?

Make a thread on this, so they can all read this
