I did, I didn't see it, which is why I was asking for a link.
Cybermnky
look for stories from a year ago then?
Scaleface
Yeah, but I was hoping for a link.
Aaron
Good luck, you realize that this episode is almost a year old right?
Scaleface
Do you have a link to the slideshow you mentioned during the New Picture Picks?

Finally got around to looking up what was being talked about in the intro.
Trying so hard not to burst out laughing. There sure must of been "snakes".

I think even if you were to ignore the political jokes, the BotCon twitter is pretty unprofessional. I mean, it's one thing if you are just a dude on the Internet making youtube videos or posting opinions somewhere, and if that were the case, he can say whatever the hell he wants, but if you're a representative of a company, you really shouldn't act like that. You have a brand image that you need to uphold. After all, Funpub runs the OFFICIAL Transformers convention, and it is sponsored by Hasbro. If I were a Hasbro PR rep, I would probably be pretty pissed at him, because it's kind of hurting the image of the brand. If you are a totally unofficial website, podcast, whatever, say whatever you want man, but if you want to actually sell something, it's probably a bad idea to act like a dick, because then people aren't going to want to buy your stuff. If he wants to say this stuff on a personal account rather than the official BotCon twitter, go ahead hoss, knock yourself out. It's just doing it on an official news source is a humongous faux pas.
Granted, just because one guy said some stuff on twitter wouldn't stop me from going to BotCon, though. I'm not even mad about it to be honest, I personally think the whole thing is just dumb and just kind of makes me roll my eyes. If anything stops me from going, it's the budget and schedule.

I'd like a new Dreadwing since I like his buddy gimmick. Mine is missing Smokescreen now though.
Mighty.Maximal
I think considering how it's not ideal that the name Smokescreen for a G2 Character is shared between a Decepticon and an earlier Autobot, It would seems like a better idea to use the Continental European Name for Dreadwing instead which is Ace-Evader.
Which I think you can then split between the 2 halves to make Ace & Evader.
Though it probably makes more sense to call the fighter Ace and the stealth bomber Evader.
Does anyone know if Vangelus was referring to one of the Fall of Cybertron Videogame related threads or that thread that had Octane on it or something else for the thread that displays previously not net-published Botcon pics on it ?
And if anyone has the link please ?
Vangelus
Comes up during 178, right now I suspect it won't get dedicated weekly coverage as most of us are kind of like "Show looks neat, will take a look at it from time to time". I'll try to catch the debut and talk about it though.
GogDog
We haven't even discussed it yet, but I imagine if/when we do talk about it, it would be on the regular episodes. I don't think we want another regularly recurring stand alone set of episodes, especially once Prime starts up again.
But like I said, it hasn't been discussed, so I don't want to speak for anyone else. I have a feeling, though.
ZeroEdge
Just curious but, would we be seeing a "Prime time" For Rescue bots?
Gryph
I meant what we've seen is the Fallen, but he becomes Megatronus when you remove the Power Core limbs.
Ezilla82
That is cool that Botcon is just three states south of where I live, but unfortuately I won't attend. Also I'm interested in MakeToys Not Fallen toy and hopefully to see colored photos and eventually reviews to made up my mind to buy it or not. So all and all a good podcast. Yeah thats my two cents.

Great show guys, just want to add a dissenting voice on the whole SS/RC debate. You can't go wrong with either but the more I mess with them the more I prefer arcee. The level of character and posability combined with the simple but effective transformation make her my favorite deluxe in years! I could say the same for SS but his plane mode is pretty durpy so objectively I have to say arcee is the better TF toy overall. So for those undecided, there's a little more confusion for ya

Gumby rules I use to watch his show as a kid and I had the orange horse as a toy and my brother had Gumby himself ah memories

Hey everybody. I enjoyed listening to this podcast. I had a good laugh during the parts about twitter… the internet is a silly place. And although the Prime show wasn't my favorite, I might be picking up starscream. Vangelus seemed to have good things to say about it.
An Army of Bees
I swear, every time I see that photo of Spielberg and Bay, I start to worry that they are doing a remake of "Face-Off" starring themselves.

Loving the Stepper talk. I'm SO looking forward to him.
