It was my first TFCon this year, met a whole bunch of new friends, bought a ton of stuff, and had an amazing time the entire weekend.
The funny thing was that a lot of people mistook me for some other Asian guy from the boards (apparently Asian, short hair, glasses, wearing a black apparel) because I was wearing glasses, short hair, and rocking a black t-shirt with the giant Autobot logo.
It would've been nice if the weekend pass card had a little space to write down your own screen name/tag from TFW or Cybertron.ca at the front so that it'll be a bit easier for everyone to recognize each other.
Overall, it was really fun and very well organized. Kudos to the TFCon staff and I'm definitely coming back next year.

Yeah, that was an amazing time this year. Definitely going back at every opportunity.

Well, it is a bit of a flight for me…

If only it wasn't so close to SDCC…

Same thing happened to me. It's perfect for those who live within a day's driving distance of Canada and can't aford to attend the more expensive BotCon locations. And once you discover it, you just keep wanting to come back. Canadians are insidious that way. The just keep asking politely when are you coming back until your resistance is gone and you have no excuses not to come. Had a blast this year and will definately be back. The new location in Massassauga is quite nice.

^ My girlfriend and I are seriously thinking about attending again. And we intended it as a one-shot thing…

Hey, glad you enjoyed it!
We really wanted to focus on a Beast Wars setting, since it's the 15th anniversary, and yet still feature the 25th anniversary of Transformers the movie.
