BTS Toys have released some early images of a custom Not-Ravage cassette-con to go with their Sonicron not-Soundwave. This version of Ravage sticks fairly close in style to the original Ravage, going by these initial images – it just seems to feature some slightly more advanced design work. Check out the images of this first cassette-con from BTS Toys – we are informed there are others in the works included a Laserbeak, because where would Soundwave be without Laserbeak and Ravage?
Please note that these are only pictures of a proposed design in an early phase and may not materialize into an actual release.

Heard Sonicron's quality is quite inferior, now they are thinking of issuing this??
BScorpinok75
No new news on Not-Ravage?
Stormcrow
I'd be interested in this, but of course I need to see more.

Oh, yeah, he's talking about Sonicron.
NVM then, was thinking of Not Ravage..

Sonicron is out and there are many reviews on him. The cassettes are nothing more than that picture so far.

If they were going to do these anyway, I think they should have scrapped the G1 cassette gimmick on Sonicron. It made the chest way too big.

Huh, this is out?? Chaosbringer, care to share some pictures?
Very interested in seeing how it stacks up to the G1 and the classics version.

well.. i bought it, it's not that bad, lot's of room for improvement..
Who's making the MO Soundwave, saw it but don't recall, same guys that are working on the MP Blaster?
Transbot90210
Considering the negative responce towards BTS Soundwave, I wouldn't be surprised if it was scrapped.
Personally I would still venture out to make GOOD Neo G1 Cassettes because of G1 Soundwave and the upcomign MP Soundwave that holds G1 Cassettes.
Also, anyone who did buy the BTS Soundwave would probably buy the cassettes too.
Chaosbringer
Is this still happening? been a long time since we got any news or preview pics of any cassettes..

I'm eager to see how this turns out. It would be nice to own a 3 dimensional Ravage that's well articulated, and doesn't come with a huge price tag due to the word label being stuck to it's name.

cool

I'm not seeing it. Many the Catbots I have (TM Cheetor & the Voltron Lions) have similarly proportioned paws to forelegs (1:2). This is also more of a Classics Ravage than G1, so liberties are taken.
megatroptimus
They should call it "Black Catdog".
RedAlert Rescue
G1 Ravage and indeed a real cat have much shorter feet/paws than that (feet not legs) and it looks like his wearing slippers with such big feet on him.

@ them actually calling it "Not-Ravage"… They didn't even bother to come up w/ a name, so how far out must him & his Cassetticon brethren be?
Design-wise he looks nice (at least for a Cassetticon)… But the only Soundwave I have is Cybertron; so unless the Cassetticons are reasonably priced, if not bundled, I'm not likely to get any.
& thinness is an issue w/ a 3rd Party, as it goes beyond general plastic quality issues to the plastic needing to be flawless… As mentioned, Metal might be the way to go, for stability & structural integrity.
Also, I don't get what people are saying about the size of his paws being too big…
Vangelus
I kind of really want that to come out with "Not-Ravage" written on the toy itself.
MegaMoonMan
That Ravage looks shitty (not to mention unnecessary). I'm waiting to see updated rumble/frenzy/laserbeak.
