I always saw Impactor as about half a head taller than Springer judging by how big he in most of the comics I have read and comparing their height to other wreckers. Guess my eyes were wrong or the perspective was drawn poorly. My bad.
That being said, it's honestly a mute point. Igear is milking what they can out of existing molds (First Aid) and playing up the upcoming seekers really hard. I doubt we will ever see this come to light. Oh well.

But it doesn't really need to be taller… just approximately the same size or even a bit shorter. Scaleface had a nice post with a good visual aid; Impactor's leaning forward, which might shave off a bit of his height, but he still looks about the same size as Springer, if not a touch shorter.

I read when you originally posted that. My point was that bigger than Defender could still be a tall deluxe. A large number of people have switched over to Hasbro's Springer which is a decently tall voyager. Presser would have to be almost Ultra class to be any taller than him. So, I assume I just hadn't made my stand clear that it needed to be taller in my opinion than Hasbro's Springer.. Sorry for that.

Unfortunately, being a free-lance designer, he doesn't hear much before it reaches production so no news there.
