It looks like the wait will finally be over. TFW2005 site sponsor Big Bad Toystore has added a new Generations Thundercracker pre-order listing to their system. Due date is expected to be in February of 2011. It will be nice to finally see all Classic seekers released without making you raid a ruby mine.
What do you think the new deco will be? Will it follow the Botcon or Henkei releases? Let us know on our boards after the jump.

Yeah, I've been wondering that lately myself. Which poster was it anyway? I can't remember at this point.

I kind of wish I'd not caved and got the KO now, but, y'know I kinda like it… I'll wait and see if or how much better this looks….
nemisispringer
I think robotmasters had the best plan for releasing seekers by releasing SS on his own and TC and SW in a 2 pack
Wolfguard
So there IS a God after all!
Thundercracker has always been my favorite Decepticon, so this is great news.
MrFX
Pics are up! Hot damn, he looks good!
Deceptigtar
nice idea, but then some will bitch because the set will be too expensive, lol.
Sy-Rein
I have a simple solution for all the Seeker problems. From now anytime there is a new Starscream in any line, they have to release a 3-pack of SS, SW and TC. Done, no more bitching, no more lack of one figure, get them all at once and be happy… of course as a fandom, I'm we'll figure out something to bitch about.
ShadowMagnus
Please let it happen Hasbro!!!
cosmos_seeker
This gives me hopes that Hasbro will cut a deal with Walmart and release MP Thundercracker as well.
MrFX
That's how it's worked in the past. You get it for whatever price you pre-order.
ShadowMagnus
But they will honor those who preordered it at their previous price right??
Vexxet
heh, no one noticed BBTS took the preorder down and raised the price 4$

This release was all but inevitable and I can't wait to add a $10 Thundercracker to my Classics shelf. Skywarp and Ramjet will soon follow, mark my words.

I think if we are going to blame anyone for figures not getting released we should blame the mega-sized retailers. All they ever want is movie related figures even though a manufacturer like Hasbro has better stuff than the movie line. Just look at how the glut of Iron Man toys the huge retailers wanted hurt the Marvel Universe line. Or how retailers who were doing well with GI Joe figures don't carry the new stuff because the movie line was such a flop.
DrawerDemon
YES!
If I get me an official Generations-ish Thundercracker, I officially take back all the bad things I ever said about Botcon's organizers (as well as their mothers & pets), and I apologize for libelling them in any way.
Quoted for TRUTH.
I'd watch a whole show/read a whole series about what goes on when it's just Soundwave hanging out with the tapes.
Wadeledge
How we don't have a "Classics" mold of Soundwave yet is beyond me. He's the second most recognizable character from G1 after Optimus (arguably first), and we need one.
Crystal Convoy
Cool, Generations Thundercracker. Maybe I'll finally own an official Thundercracker. But then I'd need to get Universe Starscream and Classics Skywarp.
'Bout time, the show only ended 19 months ago.
G1Prowl
Every little bit helps, and we still need quite a few of the Season 1 and 2 cast including Legends class bots that need the Deluxe or Scout treatment.
Chaosbringer
Still want my Sunstorm (and others like a real Generations Soundwave, a shockwave…)
G1Prowl
Yes, we can agree on that, and since it is coming off as offensive, the sig is now gone in place of something a little more productive.
