hmmmmm i really like this mold, i REALLY like this mold. but damnit, he seems to be just a little too small….I am starting to doubt he'd fit in very well with my roughly 1:50 scale TFs.
Generations G2 Prime's alt mode seems to be a bit larger (cab only) than Megatron's judging from comparisons i've found on youtube (universe sideswipe's alt mode is longer than Meg's cab in one video, and my g2 prime is longer than my universe sideswipe).
they should do a leader class version.

Just because the alt mode isn't in the toy! Doesn't mean it won't be in the movie. Remember! Last movie he was a triple changer but the toy could't turn into the! Jet.

since we now know that it's megatron! i'm wondering why he'd downgrade himself from a triple-changer in the last movie! to a tanker truck type thing in this one + in truck mode how can he defend himself? is he supposed to knock the autobots & the like out of the way Motormaster style! my thoughts are…that Bay isn't telling us everything about him! & that he has a 3rd alt mode! a bit like Octane, whether it's a plane or something else…i just don't know!!!!

I bet the movie model will be bulkier. The difference between these two customs is big because:
1. the ROTF one has already been customized to look bulkier than the toy actually was.
2. The DOTM one is lacking the big fusion cannon on his arm
3. They probably made the DOTM one a bit skinnier to be able to fit the cloak over his head and body.

Holy shit, yeah, if it looked like that I'd buy like three. Man, these damn things need more paint and less silly gimmicks, there's some really great detailing hiding beneath the flat grey dullness. Here's hoping the Takara one has more paint? Or a later one…
