It's too bad that the tank's cannon is only usable in alt mode. I know that was typical for G1, but I would think they'd be able to engineer a way around that, like they did with Armada Megatron. Oh, well.

Geez people, stop trying to create reviewer-wars when the reviewers themselves don't have any problem between them. Just save it for yourselves if you don't like someone on a toy forum.
I think this is the best wave of PCCs yet, both look like great scout figures on their own right, and Heavytread is one amazing torso mode right up there with Bombshock's (I still find him to be one of the better torsos)

Just one thing, you didn't show Groundspikes weapon mode as a giant claw thang. Might be an idea just for anyone who hasn't seen it

Good review! Great figure, and great choice of Drones to review him with. I prefer symmetrical(ish) combiners.

This guy is a must buy for me.
Overall this PCC line is pretty nice.My only real complaint is with the mini-cons,to me they are pretty much useless.

I don't have any kind of sponsorship or secret deal with TFW2005 for anything, much less video reviews. I was as surprised as anyone when these got frontpaged. For the record though, it was watching fxfranz's reviews that got me all excited to rush import these from Robot Kingdom. They're great figures, and Heavytread may well be the best commander figure yet.

Heavytread himself is awesome, but Groundspike looks a little wonky in robot mode.

BIG. FRAKKING. DEAL. We've all seen enough of the PCC's limbs to know what they look like; use your imagination. Not like we've never seen any of them combined before.
Frontpaging the same toy reviewed by a different person simply clogs up our front page where more important/better news could be shown instead of duplicating video reviews.

I think that Heavytread has potential of becoming a repaint of Warpath, Guzzle, Brawl, or anything a customizer can think of. And thats awesome.

I like both peaugh and fxfranz, they're great reviewers. Before everybody goes fxfranz vs. peaugh, I'd like to point out that although fxfranz reviewed heavytread first, his review was incomplete because he didn't have any drones to combine to Heavytread. Peaugh's review is a welcome addition and fills in the gaps of fxfranz's and besides, you'll see Heavytread transformed the other way around this time.

I don't see why an autobot can only use drones that came with an autobot? I think which ever commander snaps first could take who ever they want and use them.
