“For years, Autobots and Decepticons have fought one another with neither gaining an edge over the other. Today, Power Core Combiners give these warriors new strenth! Steamhammer can combine with his construction vehicle drone team to make an even bigger robot, and those limbs can combine with Power Core Combiner Scout vehicles (sold separately).”
Don’t miss Peaugh’s video review of Transformers: Power Core Combiners Steamhammer And The Constructicons.

but the megazords had to modes for there parts.

Well, actually this isnt the first combiner named Devastator in this modern days. :/ and one is worst than the other. As I said, very impressive but Hasbro is taking the place of Megazords with these PCC line, with no Power Ranger series, then we have Power Core Combiners !
Anyway I always wanted a dinobots combiner so its video review time!
The_Black_Sheep
Not a bad transformation & combined-mode but they could have given them a more consistent colour scheme. It doesn't look like TakTom will carry this line so… It looks like I'll be leaving this guy on the shelf & taking home his Dinobots wavemate instead.

Those limbs look great! Thanks for the review.
Kryptokron
I've been getting the PCC's just for the main bots. Those drones really, really suck balls on so many levels… Steamhammer looks cool though.

Hey, can you do some comparison pics with RID Wedge. Would Be really Helpful!

Thanks for the review!
I love this set, they are bought on sight.
About the limbs and hands issue: Maybe I already said this, but I actually like it that way. The trend started with movie Devastator, who looked monstruous, or beast-like rather than humanoid. It is indeed a pity that limbs are drones without an alt mode, but I got over it, I don't see it as a bad thing anymore.
So, these limbs are uneven, one being longer than the other, and look like claws, not hands. So what? he won't be able to bring you a tray with iced tea? He has 2 arms made out of heavy machinery, and he can tear steel beams into shreds as if they were made of butter. That's what he is supposed to do.
I understand that you like the humanoid looking gestalts. I like them too. There is no need to "get married" with one concept, I just appreciate each for its own coolness.
jacobot
Why couldn't they have just made a Devi homeage in PCC… I'd buy that, not this monstrosity
Only one I realy like is the Dinobot combiner.
Autobot Burnout
Damn. I really do not like that shade of green on Steamhammer, but those drones look GREAT with Sledge. I'll have to get this set just to put the limbs on Sledge.
I also have to wonder if Hasbro, when they get around to releasing Steamhammer on his own with a repurposed mini-con, will paint him orange and make him an RID Wedge homage?
Johnator
Good review. I just realised those Power Core Combiners don't have robot limbs (mainly because I don't own any). Wow that is incredibly stupid.
dragon
i agree first it was limbs with no fingers nw its arms where one is longer than the other transfromer with gimp arm doesnt look right to me
tide
The giant dozer blade on Steamhammer's back in robot mode is a bit awkward, but I think his combined mode makes up for it. Nice to see some drone arms that actually look like arms.
Pikatron
Great review! I can't wait to get my hands on one!
Powersa
Nice review. I don't like the color choice.
Gilgamesh
Nice review Peaugh, thanks.
This one looks like a powerhouse commander.

Nice review! and this set does not make me cringe actually! a first for the 5 packs of PCC
AndreyOfDoom
IF only one arm wasn't so much longer than the other he would be 100% win. That is the only drawback. Looks like a crab with one little claw and one big one.
DarkEyes
Great review! thanks for the review.
Dont really like the figure…impressive, more than 25 years ago a company could made a so freaking cool figure of a combiner named Devastator and nowadays, a lot of years later Hasbro surprise us with this simple combiner of almost all little drones, wow amazing Hasbro, just amazing.
