The latest in a long string of Generation 1 “replica” knock offs is on the horizon, and it is the Technobot combiner, Computron! Not a lot is known about the knockoff set yet, other than a seller on iOffer promising that a new run of “reissues” aka knockoffs will be in stock soon. Since we’ve heard nothing of an official reissue – and let’s face it, the Technobots would be waaaaaay down the list of priorities when it comes to reissues – it’s fairly safe to assume that this will be another one of those replica knockoff gift sets, like Superion and Menasor.
Remember, these replicas are not officially licensed by Hasbro or Takara-Tomy, and are not tested to the same levels of quality or safety as a real release would be. As always, buyer beware when looking at a vintage piece, especially if the quality is just “too good to be true”.

Ioffer sucks for sellers, but great for buyers! Anyone who wants to sell on ioffer goodluck. I use it for all my g1 reissues. Its the best place to get all of the g1 reissues for a reasonable price. Computron reissue is not out yet, but I cant wait to get that htf g1 set.

I liked those Mirages in Red and black and clear that were made or the diaclone colour Swoop those were fun.
I'd probably have some interest in G1 repros that were different colours – for example there's a fake Predaking that is part white – if it was all white I'd definitely have bought it.
If someone wants to make a Metro-Titan and Takara can't be bothered I'm not going to complain.

pretty sure this is a scam, never heard word one of a computron set. Its entirely possible, but the photos are highly suspect.
