I thought SDCC Transformers' showing was poor. Nothing really new. No big "WOW" or "I can't wait" moments. Hasbro has done better.

Bleh… good at least my wallet won't be empty for awhile.
Power Core combiners were a waste of money the first time around. So will gladly pass on the repaints and future sets.
I got the aerialbots and destructicons, the latter the better of the two, but both are very flimsy, fall over, and fall apart- the plastic on the drones is rather cheap grade too for the price being asked for these, at least I got one set half off during the TRU clearance sale.

They were portfolio reviews. The next one that may have anything is the marvel panel on saturday.
And the only thing tf related it might have is the crossovers line.

Any news on the other Transformers panel happening today?
TedimusPrime
Even on the grounds of a marketing standpoint this panel made no sense. When we get pictures that everyone can see from a convention it creates alot of hype. Now… we'll get leaked chinese pictures taken like crap and store listings… that gets me excited…

Oh well mabye pics will show up on the club site not like they owe us photos.

ya know, this might have tempered my expectations a bit: I read the Botcon coverage pretty extensively, and i don't remember it being made clear that they only showed art keys of some of the cool upcoming stuffin's
shocky the spy
British cop car barricade!

There's at least one more TF related panel, but I think it's just for the comics.
We might get lucky and Hasbro will put some new stuff in the display cases. I do believe that they hinted at the Arcee combiner being put up on display. Though I doubt there will be anything else.
Anti Spark
So no more news on tfs?
I don't know what whats scheduled when.

I am holding out hope that Hasbro is letting the TFCC get the scoop and all the newer stuff will be revealed in the new club magazine that should be hitting mailboxes within the next two weeks. Or at the very least post the pictures on th TFCC site. Long shot, probably.

Take deep breaths, bro. I have faith you can make it through this.

There is a PCC Constructicon set in the works. It was announced — and design pics were shown — at BotCon.
rick83
what the fuck was the point of this panel anyway? and here i was hoping we got to see some design specs for jazz and tracks……jeez wtf! Im so angry right now!!!!
Fort Max
Those other panels don't sound all that likley to produce news.
Galaxy Convoy
Meh, I saw "Construction Devastator" and got my hopes up that it was an unannounced PCC Devs.
Nah, just the G1 repaint of that Legends class turd. Oh well.
Miggytron
Those events you mentioned are listed as portfolio review and I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure that's for people to show Hasbro their portfolios to see if they're recruitable as artists/designers

Later on panel at this con. =D Though if we get nothing, probably a big turnout for NYCC, and Toy Fair next year.

Okay, enough with being down in the dumps. Let's get the hype train started again, choo-choo!
Start building steam to the next possible chance for official images to surface. Fan magazine? Obscure convention? Out of the blue?

As disappointed as I am with the panel, I'm even more disappointed with the attitude some people in this thread…especially the staff are having about it.
I'll admit some people are taking their disappointment a bit on the extreme side, but that doesn't give excuse to some of the posts I've read here, very much talking down to or discrediting people's complaints.
Hasbro had a good precedent set with things. Some nice reveals at Botcon, people that pay money get to go and see it first while everyone else waits and gets to see them shown off at Comic-con, no big deal. People that saw them first at Botcon still got to see them some length of time before the public, and everyone else gets to see the damn things.
I don't get Kickback's post though. Mentioning people complaining about things being shown at Comic-con first and everyone else missing out since…well unlike Botcon we actually get pictures of things revealed at Comic-con, so everyone gets to see things that have been announced there whereas with Botcon they don't allow pictures and thus anything new we have to wait to see.
I mean how unreasonable is it to be disappointed that something you've heard so much about and people just hyping up that you are anxious to see…completely fails to be shown at what would generally be the expected time. Everyone else got to already see it…but the general public is still left waiting. Oh but we got to see things that have been publically available or at least have had pics available up for a while now.
Ok yeah I realize I worded my post kinda awkwardly, but I'm tired and at least it should make a point.
