Images of what is quite possibly concept art for Transformers 3 or an upcoming video game has surfaced, originating from Frankell Baramdyka who has done some work on the Transformers movie games for Activision/Luxoflux and High Moon Studios and has worked on movies such as Chronicles of Riddick and Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas. The possible concept art suggests that Earth may not be on the only non-Cybertronian planet seen in the third movie or upcoming video game and also shows of a few new possible characters (including some familiar terminology!). If this is official concept art for the movie, it also confirms the production team’s promise that the movie will dig deeper into the Transformers mythos.
As you view the images, keep in mind that this is unconfirmed concept art. If Frankell Baramdyka has been hired to create concept art for Transformers 3 or another video game, it is still possible that none of the backgrounds or new characters will be used.

But it is War for Cybertron, not war for the planet of junk. Why would the Autobots abandon Cybertron in the middle of a war?

Is it possible that the concept of War for Cybertron was at one time being developed as a movieverse game? They might've then abandoned that direction to give TF3 a blank canvas and not tread on their toes.

No one helped you because you were essentially asking people to get an infraction.
you didnt notice movie prime is pasted in several images?
not WFC.
eagc7
i think the yare war of cybertron art and not tf3 art, cuz they look very war of cybertron-ish, and not Bayformers-ish
Lord Ramulus
seriously, this is what everyone is getting hyped up about…whatever…and thanks for the help, i found it on my own
Krueger
They're not for WFC. Three reasons why. Firstly, Hasbro and Activision wouldn’t have it taken down. The game is upon us and pictures are coming out every other day. Secondly, the character models are all in the movie style, and a few of the designs actually have the movie design of Optimus for scale. Why use the movie version if they’re for WFC? And thirdly, and probably the biggest indicter that these have something to do with TF3, is the thread that was created on the official Michael Bay forum to discuss these designs has been completely removed from existence. Why would such a step be taken if they were nothing to do with TF3?

I know I'm a little late on this but…
I don't really see this as being TF3 concept art. It looks MUCH more like it belongs with War for Cybertron than anything.
Bumblethumper
My theory is it's unused concept art from one of the previous games, but coincidentally very similar to the direction they may take TF3 in.
Lord Ramulus
I must be stupid cause i cant see or find any of what you are talking about…it all looks like earth ruins or fantasy stuff…can someone repost a link for me?
Maximus_Prime
man I wish I would've seen the pics, I LOVE Wreck-Gar
power3921
I just saw Wreck-Gar, or whoever the Junkion is. I REALY hope its real.
The Madness
I get the impression it is possibly unused concept art, still property of Hasbro even though not used in production of the game.
However, I'd like to think that the studio has started development of the game and are possibly setting their own direction rather than waiting for details of the movie storyline.
Starscreamer95
Judgeing by the picture of the Junkion City, I'd say they'd at least be a bit more advanced than the last apperance.
Rikerwota
If we do see Junkion in the 3rd film, I'm having terrible premonitions that it's going to end up being the 'Planet of the Twins'….*shudders*
Digilaut
That's pretty crazy seeing that pretty much every games studio nowadays has the employee sign an NDA upon entry, and explicitly state that they can't reveal info or files until the company decides it is time.
ESPECIALLY when you are working on TF3.
I..I just don't get it.

Some people don’t still believe in the “misinformation” campaign, do they?
The fact that all mentions of this concept art has been completely removed from the official Michael Bay website should tell you all you need to know.
They’re real.
Paxtin
It can happen. I'm sure it's happen with things in the past. Some people just don't think.
Digilaut
I agree the misinformation campaign from last movie was pretty stupid, and easy to see through.
I don't think they hired the concept artist to do fake concepts, I think it's just leftover material they had, so it wouldn't cost too much time to whip up. The forest art could be from any random game, they just slapped a picture of Prime in there. Shot of the Nemesis? Leftover from ROTF. Protoforms? Don't look like the ones from movie 1 or 2, so it might be early material or not TF related at all. The mechanical structure/temple in the dark? Could be original concept for The Fallen's throne from ROTF. The Junkion? Probably a model somebody made for fun. And why do some of the art pieces look different in style?
Why would a concept artist in this position be stupid enough to post all that online if it was real?
Who knows, maybe Bay did have a meeting with Hasbro/Paramount/Activision or whatever..trying to ramp up the game a notch. Let misinformation actually BE misinformation this time.
Isn't it funny that, since we all believe Bay can't do anything to misinform the TF fans (since he couldn't do it last time), we automatically believe this is 'real'? Last movie around, the leaks actually were subtle..little 100×100 images of Sideswipe concept art somebody managed to sneak through. This is just way too open.
Not saying it's definitely 100% misinformation campaign, but like I said, I have my doubts why the artist would do such a thing – he would know the risk. It's entirely possible the team talked with Activision and the concept artist, and deliberately leaked this stuff under his name. He might still be working on the team on REAL stuff.
I guess we will have to see for now.
doomtron
its got to be mixed shots from both games tf3 and wfc. there has been so much cool stuff to see lately
