2. Cos Lamborghinis and Ford Mustangs are such similar sportscars I find it hard to tell the difference between the two of them. Also Brakedowns chest is formed from the rear of the car and not the hood, I know let's repaint him as Sideswipe

4. Wow, you're right, they both have wheels on their shoulders, doors on their arms and part of the car as the chest, that's a sillhouette that's never been seen before in the whole of transformers history apart from Barricade and Brakedown! Oh no, hang on, wait a sec…
At the end of the day, I could think of at least 20 different characters that this mold could be repainted as, with Wildrider being MY personal preference, and movie Barricade wouldn't even figure. But hey, grab some paints, grab Brakedown here when he comes out and show me different, I like to be pleasently surprised.

breakdown remainds me a lot of dead end, the first red scout we got. not alt mode wise, but transformation and bot mode wise. cant wait for him or sonar

You have seen their proportions and overall body design, right? They have basically the same stance and silhouette.
Sure, that'd be the geewun thing to do (not that plenty of geewun things haven't been done in ROTF, mind you). But Barricade does, despite your opinion, have more than a passing resemblance to Brakedown and is clearly a character that, even though he didn't even show up in ROTF, Hasbro clearly still thinks is important enough to warrant a HA mold and a deluxe with a new accessory. So, I wouldn't be surprised if they released a scout version of him, too.

1. Brakedown is a Lambourghini-esque race car.
2. Barricade is a Ford Mustang police car.
3. Barricade already has a deluxe mould that has already been released in the ROTF line with a new gimmick.
4. Brakedown looks nothing like Barricade.
IMO an ideal repaint for Brakedown would be Wlidrider, then we'd have 3 Stunticons in scout size in this line.
