We now have new images of the steam shovel Constructicon figure(correctly transformed). This character showed up in the recent trailer, towards the end. We also have information that might clear up rumors of the Devastator gestalt figure. Devastator may consist of 4 voyager figures, and 2 deluxe figures. Perhaps there is a 7th one as well, but at this point, we don’t know for sure. To see more images of the steam shovel Constructicon, click the title bar!

Don't worry, in china I trust. We'll see our full Devestator in no time.
We might not even need them, maybe the moment he's shown in the Feb 13th trailer, Hasbro will give us official pics of the figure themselves

Man, i can't wait to see the rest of Devestator's parts. Just seeing this one is making me more and more obsessive about the movie. XD

Cool thanks! Just to clarify, I didn't mean for you to detach the Cabin from the arm in any way, just to swivel up that first piece that's highlighted into the position in the picture, then rotate the cabin out like you were starting to do at 8:30 in your video review.
So essentially, only the light grey parts would become the arms, and the cabin parts would be hanging off the sides like shoulder pads.
Here's a pic to explain what I mean a little better

sure im having some laptop issues at the moment which I have to take care of and I will have to go out this afternoon/evening, so I will try to get some up later tonight or tomorrow if possible. Along with some more interesting pics of Scavenger, look for a new thread soon
the one problem thre is that hte arms ar fixed onto the cab, the cab can rotate around so I will see how close I can get it to that, but all they do otherwise is fold out. Maybe the folding out has something to do with devastator, because from the trailer, from what I could see, all I could see was the cab and other top side behinde his arms like pieces of flab (they call it byebye here because when a flabby person waves bye it shakes…)
ill do my best after studying the trailer a little more closely
thanks

I don't know if you saw my post or not… but would you be able to take some pics of the figure with the first 'shoulder' segment (the piece that is highlighted green in the picture below) folded up and cabin parts folded out to the side, and maybe the tire flipped down on his back?
Thanks, I'm really curious to see how close we can get it to the trailer…

m going on a size comparison with g1 constructicons, namely scavenger
ok maybe he is close to 1 foot and a half, i dont know. But if scavenger is an arm, that is one Huge arm. and personally I just dont see how he can be part of the torso and shoulder (shoulder i could see but not torso… but maybe there is something that I am just not seeing. we will have to wait until others on this board get him in hand and play around with him. right now there are 2 ppl that post on this board that have him in hand, me and one other guy who doesnt really say jack. atleast I have an opinion
ok lets say he is 2 too 2 1/2 voyagers tall, thenn by your 8 inches that is 16 to 20 inches, so thats a little less or more then a foot and a half
but im just guessing, maybe I am hoping he will be bigger then he will be… I am really hoping he is going to be bigger then you are Fort Max, but dont worry, ppl will still love Fort Max, even if he becomes the 2nd largest TF.
anyway when i get all of them ill measure
Aaron
Seeing this new movie stuff is getting me excited about the line.

Yep, and it's one of the, if not the, smallest of the construction vehicles being used for the Constructicons. Though it's still huge compared to your average, everyday cement mixer, so it should be large enough to be the head and part of the torso (where the turbine is). On a side note, now that I think about it. Devs is going to be the first Movie headmaster
kjeevahh
its a giant cement mixer

These wheeled robots get everywhere…..

I've been wondering about the head and the cement mixer. Gestalts are always out of scale with themselves. We've come to accept a space shuttle forming one arm and a Jeep forming the other.
But I can't see that working in the movie. So what are they going to do with the cement mixer? A cement mixer is about the size of Prime. In the trailer, Prime looks to have the the mass of the single Constructicon's head. In other words, a cement mixer is too small to be Devastator's head…or Devastator's anything, really. Except for maybe Devastator's toy truck.

Well, I think he's going to be big, but IIRC, the "2 feet" info was based on someone seeing it at a show. If there was a sign that said "2 FEET TALL!!!" or something as part of the sales pitch, there you go, but it seemed to me the 2-foot measurement was based more on eyeballing the figure. And that can easily get off a bit. If I had to best guess Fort Max's height solely based on vision, I'd say 26-28". Now we know he's not actually that tall, but compared to other figures he appears huge. I think Devastator will be much larger than the other figures, maybe falling somewhere in the 16-18" range, but I don't expect him to be bigger than Fort Max. I think based on the one figure we've seen and the reports we have about the remaining figures it would be hard to have a figure that large and still be capable of supporting itself.

I also think it can't be 2 feet. It did some rough measurement, about 7 inch being each voyagers since, at least the rh400, is a smaller voyager. I think it is more the size as a big BW Mega, but I don't know. With each Voyager that size and being shape as a gorilla, long arms/shorter legs, I am guessing around a ft and a half tops. The 2 feet could have been just the box. But I hoping that my guess is wrong.
Fort Max
How do you figure that?
To my mind the average voyager is around 8" in it's largest dimension. If Devy is indeed comprised of voyagers for the shoulders and arms then that says to me that they aren't combining on top of each other bur rather side by side.
With deluxe legs and the head added on I can see it being over a foot but nowhere 2 feet tall.

The awesome thing about this is, the robot mode is really, very, very far removed from the vehicle mode. Even after watching Mike's review on Peaugh, it is still hard to watch the vhechile mode, and imagine this kind of robot !
I don't know about you guys, but the more distinct the robot is from vehicle mode, the more I like a figure.
So as far as this figure goes… yes !
GenZhao
devy has to be atleast a foot and a half if not 2 feet tall
Fort Max
2 feet still seems ridiculous/wishful thinking to me.
rapid_fire
2 feet is probably an exageration.
im thinking it'll be more along the lines of just a bit bigger then ultimate bumblebee
