Board member GenZhao has shared an in-hand image he obtained for the upcoming Revenge of the Fallen Voyager Class Bludgeon figure. Bludgeon is expected to be released in 2010 and features an alt mode based on a Japanese Type 90 tank. His robot mode homages his Generation 1 namesake’s Pretender shell. Hopefully better images will appear soon showing us his alt mode and sword.

Awesome.
GNX 0014 Purity
Wow he looks awsome me want it.

I second this notion. Thunderwing would make a really cool voyager, and he's just as popular as Bludgeon, so why not?
Nightwing24
looks nice hopefully he'll be able to pull his neck up.
Shockscream
NICE! I have particularly high hopes for this tasty little number. You will be mine!

I had the same thought. His head looks a little too big…
It's a helmet I tell ya!
Megatron3666
wonder what factory he had a worker steal that for him.

I'm surprisingly optimistic about this guy. At a glance, the tank mode is nice and chunky, and bot mode looks well proportioned and articulate. I can see he's got a bit of kibble, but it appears to convert into convincing samurai armor. Overall he comes off as less the macho demon samurai in the comics, and more a wry undead samurai.
And of course the poor quality photos make his face look adorable.

Oooh I do hope, specially if it's the Stormbringer design.
Salvanis
I'm probably the only one that thinks this, but this would be the perfect opportunity to use a Classics Jetfire-style removable helmet. Samurai skull face outside, robot head inside, kind of an homage to his Pretender origin.
Triggerhappy
I cannot wait to own a toy of that….. looks pretty much spot-on!!
*fingers crossed* we get a new Thunderwing at some point too, that would be hella-rad
giga-galvatron
I like it. cant wait to add to the my classics
LadyIronhide
Purty shnazzy. I think the face chest piece is a little freaky, but hey, if it looks as good or better as it does in the picture then it's a keeper.
Foster
It might look a bit too small.
Ultrawave
….I spy with my little eye…a shellformer.
…So when they said hte classic look blending well wit hthe movie style, I didn't hold much hope for these guys. I prefer the sleek "thousands of parts and armor panels" look over the boxy look this guy has.
I'm disappointed, I was hoping the next wave of movie toy voyagers like him would be cool enough to break my rule of "only on-screen" characters but…this isnt cutting it for me. Hasbro should've made him more "movie" if he was gonna be in the movie line.
Sounds like the people who do want him though will have a hard time getting him, so good luck guys XD
