Thanks to TFW2005 user Fc203, we have some screencaps from what appears to be a stop-motion review video featuring Studio Series Shatter, among other Transformers and non-Transformers toys. The screencaps give us a good look at her robot and alt mode as well as a few poses. Like her partner Dropkick, Shatter only comes with one alt mode. However, that alt mode is her car mode and not her aircraft mode; whereas Dropkick is the opposite. She also seems to be sporting a bit more of a generic head that isn’t quite movie-accurate, but the rest of the figure seems to pay a good deal of homage to her pre-jet mode on-screen model.
No details on release date yet, but Shatter will no doubt be released at the usual $19.99 USD price tag along with other deluxes. Check out the images after the jump!

Yikes, expected alot more from Studio Series… here's hoping MPM does her some justice.
Thought she was fairly ruthless Decepticon and she had an amazing design.

So I've been reading how floppy this figure is and I swear I'm the only one who has one where the fender parts are tight.
I seen this little "mod" where you take the fenders off and attach them to her shoulders and give her the wing look in the movie.
Mine feel like if I try to force them off, they'll break.
Still have the arm falling of time to time like I've seen but those fenders.

I'd buy that for a dollar!

See I wish jet shatter was the weak floppy sauce that we got first. Then we got a car mode shatter which was infinitely superior like car Dropkick.
Stygian360
I'm more annoyed that they didn't pair up either jet/helicopter or car/car for Dropkick and Shatter but instead staggered them with modes that don't match their appearances (as far as timing) in the film. Also, here's hoping that Jet mode Shatter isn't a weak sauce floppy mess like muscle car Shatter.
Digger
If only they made jet shatter first maybe it’d be better.

I agree. I’m not a fan of what would be her robot rack. It’s so squared off, and it has those pegs sticking out. I give em props for not using a faux car grille, but I think they could’ve done better. Car mode Dropkick shows that I think.

To me she just looks like a brick which was my real problem. She just has no flow in her like the cgi model or even render.
Zircon72
The range of motion in her hips is atrocious
Dudicus
I'd love a new head and some new thighs to giver her full range hip motion (or maybe even whole new legs).

Actually those slots are like expansion slots. They're there to relieve stress on the socket. You will find that on a hell of a lot more ball joints than you think.
No, the problem seems to be that the tolerances changed between the prototype and production. The shoulder sockets see m to be a bit shallow as well.
Zircon72
I decided to take one for the team and actually bought her after work.
A major problem she has is the design of her shoulders. The sockets on her arms where the ball joints on the shoulders go has a sort of opening at the top above the socket, which causes her arms to be more prone to falling off.
She isn't worth full price. Peaugh and Baltmatrix go over the flaws better than I do
Digger
I mean yeah but at that stage someone should just make a new figure if people aren’t pleased.
Zircon72
The atrocious head sculpt, to start.
I've heard she has problems with parts falling off as well, so maybe some new components to replace the standard ones
Digger
But what is to upgrade?
Zircon72
Here's hoping DNA Design does an upgrade kit with her like they did with Grimlock and Megatron.
PanduhmusPrime
Yep. 3p makes everything better when it comes to TF

The wrong face bugs me somewhat, but more than it being the wrong face I think it bugs me more that the eye visor area is the same red as the rest of the helmet. It looks like she is wearing a full face shield with no eyes. If they had made the eyes a different color, it would look alot better. In fact, something a sharpie, a few seconds, and some steady hands can't fix.

Since Dropkick and Shatter use earth modes and don't have the advantage of cybertronian modes like Springer, how would you guys feel as an triple changing alternative of having bot and car mode directly transform but parts form the third mode (like a working shell of a copter around the car mode as an example that you can attach also in bot mode)?
