Following Kei Zama’s post that we brought to you here, Alex Milne also bids farewell to the recently concluded IDW Transformers continuity by sharing several black and white panels that provide a unique look at the comics creation process. Commentary from the selections attached to this post:
Lets start with issue 0 (FCBD) I had some fun playing around with some screen tones on some pages. Drawing a titan embedded into the ground was cool.
Here are some pages from Transformers: UNICRON issue 1. I had a lot of fun with these pages, even if they were a lot of work.
I think Transformers: UNICRON issue 5 was the one I had the most fun working on. It was also the hardest issue for me to work on due to the amount of places and characters I needed to do at that times.
Here is my last page for the Transformers: UNICRON issue 6. The last page of the series, and the last page of mine for IDW Transformers of this continuity. What the future holds is unknown, but I thank you for letting me share this final project and fun memories with you 🙂
Check out all the panels here then share your impressions on the 2005 boards!
