The official website for Transformers: Bumblebee movie has released a brand new web based video game for fans to enjoy.
The game is modeled after PC games of the late 80s with 8bit sound.
Named as ‘The Adventure of Bumblebee‘, the player must duck and jump through various obstacles to collect fuel (gas), Energon and cassettes.
Sector 7, Decepticon Shatter and Dropkick acts as the villains for this game.
For every 20 Energon Cubes you collect, Shatter or Dropkick will make a brief appearance. For each 5 levels the player complete, a Boss Fight will take place between Bumblebee and Shatter/Dropkick.
It is interesting to note that the game actually features the three modes of the Decepticon Triplechangers including the ability to hover in Robot Mode.

I LOVE IT! who came up with this game? ^^'

Boy, am I glad we’re getting stuff like this instead of good, quality, top notch triple A console/PC Transformers games. Who needs that kind of crap when we can get this? /s
Pravus Prime
I had the same issue, more or less, with the background and objects loading in "chunks", which during level up segments would often involve them loading up as I was running through them, or just before. I also had a minor issue during the later boss fights where when they shifted to car mode, I'd jump over them and the car would get stuck behind me for a while, then zoom real fast to get back in front to end the fight after several moments.
Fallout
well, i just lost about 45 minutes playing this game mindlessly. thought it'd end but i guess it's endless.
after level 70 the game starting shitting out where it'd load terrain and stuff super slow. i'd be running on empty air and smacking into invisible enemies.
when you die, a "hologram" of g1 optimus shows up. not even the g1-inspired movie design, just straight up g1 prime. i think it's traced from a cartoon cel but it's hard to tell.

Same.
Fallout
on mobile my cannon fired automatically in boss fights. weird.
Issy543
It works on mobile by the way.
Sammael
Pressing space in boss fights fires your cannon.

The game it's made in Construct 2 engine.
I'm on mobile right now so i can't see if the game runs from a .swf file or something like that, but the source references a Construct 2 project( probably hidden in the media )
My knowledge with C2 stops right there, sorry for not beign able to do more, i'm only confident to touch things with Unity
If anyone knows Construct 2 please save the game, it's actually fun and the artwork for the Characters it's really cool!

Game crashed for me at level 110 boss fight, beat the boss but instead of the slash attack animation playing Shatter just hovered behind Bumblebee and the background stopped panning. It was struggling at times to load the background and enemies in by then anyways. Keep in mind I do have other programs running. Looks like you play till it crashes.

Lame!
Pravus Prime
Got to level 102, then let BB run until he died. Doesn't look like there's an end, like the old classic games.
BB Shockwave
That\'s weird, I played up to level 4 then the game just ended without me actually dying. Also, what can you even do in bossfights? All you can do is jump. Ramming does not hurt them.
The Mad Demobot
Cute, though I'm a bit depressed we went from the Transformers on the PS3 to this web-based game.
HunterRose
That was cute!

Just played it for a second and Dropckick hovering mid air in robot form with his helicopter blades looks badass. I hope we get to see that in the in movie.
Sam’s_Bee
Love it and I don't play video games.
Sammael
It would be more fun if the tanks and copters and jeeps were not green against the mostly green background. But still better than most TF game offerings.
