Exciting news for fans looking for cool-looking G1 Statues for their collections! Our sponsors have started pre-orders for the new Pop Culture Shock G1 Starscream Statue.
The new G1 Starscream Museum Scale Statue is going for around $750 and it is expected for release around February 2020 to April 2020. The Starscream Statue measures 26.5” tall, as the treacherous jet fighter launches off of a purple mechanical base detailed with the Decepticon logo. A sculpted flame and vapor trail rises off the podium base, detailed with movement and colors that blend realism with stunning cartoon designs. It will include extra parts and faces for different display options.
The Exclusive Edition (only Available at Sideshow Collectibles) of the Starscream Statue includes a swap-out hand holding a Megatron Gun.

Pre-orders are up for Thundercracker and Skywarp.

The cartoon accuracy is nice. Skywarp has his rarely done correctly knee, feet, and thruster colors all correct. Thundercracker has his pectorals colored correctly which is often overlooked.

don't like the king look (never have not just on these statues). Do like the statues with the exception of the flames part not done well, but just way overpriced for what they are so going to have to pass. Must be most others are also since they were only making around 750 I think and starscream has been up for sale for several months now and still readily available.

I hope the Seekers get Classic scale stautes, too. Their Clasic scale Optimus is at a much more manageable size/price.

So I like the statue itself and the options he comes with. But that cel shaded look is so poorly executed. It’s overdone to the point of looking like camo not to mention the colors are not bright enough like the cartoon. The other issue is the cel shading is all over the place making no clear idea where a light source would create such an effect. This alone will make this statue line fail quickly.

Love the paint scheme, it literally looks like a animation cel come to life. That open mouth one wouldn't irk me so much if he didn't have teeth.
For all the effort they went through to be G1 accurate they forgot my biggest gripe. G1 bots have no teeth.

The mouth of him though.

I think Starscream looks dope. But all 3 together? They would at LEAST each need new jet flames a piece.
Yup, they were.
(Its spelled "their" with the e in front lol)
This is 26" high, its the larger size statue they make. I think thats why its more then some of their other offerings. Its their "Legendary" offering, of sorts.

Looks nice but 750 seams a bit high. $450 to $500 seams more correct compared to other offerings by them.
And doesn’t come out till 2020? I have no idea what finances will be like that far away. Wish they would do reveals just weeks ahead of release not years.

I dont understand why these things look like cartoon images photoshopped into a real life picture. It reminds me of Roger Rabbit. Like if they are cardboard cutouts or something. I would have to see them in real life to believe they are three dimensional.
